Przedmiotem wynalazku jest srodek uplynniajacy szlam do produkcji klinkieru cementu port¬ landzkiego.Dotychczas stosowanymi srodkami do uplynniania szlamu do produkcji klinkieru cementu portlandz¬ kiego sa dodatki wodorotlenku sodowego w ilosci do 0,33% ciezarowych lublugów posulfitowych w ilosci do 3% ciezarowych, które wprowadza sie do zbiorników korekcyjnych. Srodki te wykazuja jednak slabe dzialanie uplynniajace lub nawet zageszczajace.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze srodek uplynniajacy szlam do produkcji klinkieru cementu port¬ landzkiego zawiera kwasy naftalenosulfonowe, sole kwasów naftalenosulfonowych, estry kwasów nafatale- nosulfonowych oraz produkty zawierajace zywice melaminowe lub sulfonowe z formaldehydem, w ilosci od 0,2 do 99,8% ciezarowych kazdego ze skladników w mieszaninie co najmniej dwuskladnikowej.Zaleta srodka, wedlug wynalazku, jest to, ze powoduje on dwukrotny wzrost plynnosci szlamu oraz zmniejszenie ilosci wody od 5 do 10% w porównaniu ze szlamem bez dodatku upylnniacza. Prowadzi to do wzrostu wydajnosci pieca obrotowego do wypalania klinkieru o 10%, przy zmniejszeniu zuzycia ciepla o okolo 300 kcal/kg klinkieru.
