Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest przeslo ogrodzeniowe wykonane z betonu i przeznaczone do ogradzania ogrodów ,posesji, wydzielonego terenu. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie Fig. 1 przedstawia widok przesla, a Fig. 2 widok glówki. Sztachetki osadzone sa w ramie opionowych slupkach brzegowych i poziomych podluznych dwóch dolnych i jednej górnej lukowatej o ksztalcie odwróconej litery „V". Sztachetki od srodkowej najdluzszej zmniejszaja sie symetrycznie. Glówka sztachetki osadzona na górnej podluznicy o cokole w ksztalcie graniastoslupa o podstawie trapezu ma w srodkowej czesci z trzech stron lukowate podciecia i zakonczenie w ksztalcie dachu ze scietym szczytem. The subject of the ornamental design is a fence made of concrete and intended for enclosing gardens, properties, or designated areas. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the fence, and Fig. 2 shows a view of the head. The fence according to the ornamental design is made of concrete, in the shape of an open-work pentagon, with a trapezoidal cross-section. Each element has 13 vertical pickets, each topped with a decorative head. The pickets are set in a frame of vertical edge posts and two longitudinal horizontal posts at the bottom and one upper arched in the shape of an inverted "V." The pickets decrease symmetrically from the longest central one. The picket head, mounted on an upper stringer with a trapezoidal prism base, has arched undercuts on three sides in the middle and a roof-shaped ending with a truncated gable. PL PL PL
