Znane dotychczas pojemniki charakteryzuja sie odmiennym od przedmiotowego pojemnika ksztaltem zewnetrznym. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny ksztalt pojem- nika przejawiajacy sie w jego formie uksztaltowania. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original shape of the container, as evidenced by its contoured form. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: - Fig. 1 shows the container disassembled into components in a perspective view - Fig. 2 shows the container folded and turned upside down in a perspective view The essential features of the design according to the drawings in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, showing a receipt container, are that it consists of an outer box 1, an inner box 2, and an advertising label 3. The outer boxes 1 and inner boxes 2 are open at the top and have the shape of cuboids. Inner box 2 fits exactly within outer box 1 and fills it completely. Between outer box 1 and inner box 2 is an advertising label 3 in the shape of a rectangular quadrilateral. The upper edges of the inner box 2 are provided with a protruding rim 4 around the circumference, which, when folded, adheres to the upper edges of the outer box 1 and the advertising label 3.
