Istota wzoru zdobniczego sa zdobienia, rozmieszczenie, bar- wy oraz ksztalt i rozmieszczenie napisów. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przedstawiony na rysun- ku, gdzie pokazano opakowanie w rozwinieciu, które po zlozeniu stanowi prostopadloscian kartonowy do napojów. Opakowanie w A. 1rozwinieciu jest prostokatem, który sklada sie z dwóch takich sa- mych powtarzajacych sie czesci o lustrzanym odbiciu, które po zlo- zeniu stanowia dwie sciany czolowe oraz boczne. Above the drawing, on one front panel, a horizontal inscription in four lines, in white letters, in Polish "carrot banana juice" (juice), and on the other front panel, a vertical inscription in one line, in white letters, in English "carrot banana apple juice." On the left side of the rectangle, which belongs to the left side wall, there are white information inscriptions about the composition, standards of the drink, storage, manufacturer's data in Polish and an ecological label suggesting the rules for disposing of used packaging, while on the right side there is a white rectangle for the barcode and white inscription in English about the composition and storage of the drink. The parts of the rectangle belonging to the front walls are separated by narrow rectangles constituting the lower base of the white cuboid and the upper one, which has the same design as on the front walls, on the side of which there is a small inscription about the type of juice in two languages Polish and English ("carrot banana apple juice", below it "carrot banana apple juice") and information about the expiration date in Polish and English. Along the length of the entire packaging, in the unfolded state, there runs a wide stripe that whitens the background, on which the word "VITAN", which is the trademark, is placed vertically f /K - three times, running on the side along the later two edges of the front walls and the upper base.
