Description

Nastepnie, w ra¬ zie potrzeby, przesysa sie go równiez ply¬ nem bielacym, np. dwutlenkiem wodoru, poczem zakwasza i wreszcie wymywa wo¬ da. 1 i 2. W ten sposób mozna otrzymac bezposrednio z cewki przedzalniczej w jed¬ nym przebiegu w pierwszym przypadku — stozkowa cewke krzyzowa wedlug fig. 3, w drugim zas — cylindryczna cewke krzy¬ zowa wedlug fig. 4. Sila odsrodkowa doci¬ ska mocno warstwy wlókien do scian beb¬ na, a wytworzony zwój wlókna przywiera silnie do scian, wskutek czego usuwanie go celem opisanej dalszej przeróbki nastrecza duze trudnosci. Znaczna ilosc zwojów staje sie przytem niezdatna do uzytku, wskutek osuwania sie warstw wlókien i uszkodze¬ nia wlókien wloskowatych,, i musi byc od¬ rzucona. Sposób ten wy¬ maga jednak odmiennej niz dotychczas bu¬ dowy bebna wirówki i urzadzen pomocni¬ czych.Zamiast uzywac jak dotad stosunkowo drogiego bebna wylozonego ebonitem lub innym mater]jalem kwasoodpornym i do¬ kladnie polerowanego, uzywa sie ziwyklych tanich bebnów bez wylozenia, które nte wymagaja polerowania wewnatrz i zbudo¬ wane sa jak przedstawiono na rysunku. Na fig. 5 jest przedstawiony przekrój, zas na fig. 6—widok zgary pierscieni oraz zwoju.Beben T (fig. 5 i 6)] posiada zebra a iw dwu lub kilku miejscach zebra b, bf umie¬ szczone blisko obok siebie i tworzace mie¬ dzy soba zaglebienie c. W tak zbudowanym bebnie osadza sie dziurkowany jednolity luib wielodzietny pierscien R (fig. 7) w ta¬ ki sposób, ze wystepy d wchodza w odpo¬ wiednie wykroje c (ifig. 6). 8) pierscien elastyczny R dociska sie zebrami V do scian obrotowego bebna i wraz z nim obraca sie. Pokrywa bebna W — 5 —(fig. 5) chromi przed wyrzuceniem pierscie¬ nia 35 bebna.Aiby zapobiec wciskaniu sie w otwory pierscienia R pierwszych przylegajacych don wlókien zwoju K, pokrywa sie pier¬ scien (fig. 6) warstwa porowatego materja- lu N. Po wykonczeniu wyplókanego zwoju beben wywraca sie, wskutek czego zwój wypada wraz z pierscieniem R na odpo¬ wiednia podistawe. Poniewaz pierscien R (fig. 7) sklada sie z kilku czesci, czesci te mozna z latwoscia usunac i otrzymuje sie zwój w stanie wyplókanym, nieódksztalco- nym i nieuszkodzonym. Pierscien R moze byc równiez jednolity, w tym jednak przy¬ padku musi byc sprezysty, aby mozina go bylo rozszerzac celem usuniecia zwoju. Po wyplókaniu zwoju K, ale przed wyjeciem go z bebna, doprowadza sie przez lej do bebna ciecz zmiekczajaca, np, roztwór sul- forycynatu, poczem sila odsrodkowa obra¬ cajacego sie bebna rozprowadza równo- miernie te ciecz w warstwach wlókien. Ten ostatni wstawia sie nastepnie wraz z cylindrem do przyrzadu suszacego. Celem unikniecia przesuwania sie we¬ wnetrznych warstw wlókien podczas tego wielokrotnego traktowania zwoju, dobrze jest umiescic wewnatrz krazka przed prze- tloezeniem cieczy do odsiarkowania, bie¬ lenia i barwienia zamiast opisanego powy¬ zej sprezystego cylindra takiz cylinder dziurkowany, mogacy zmieniac swoja sred¬ nice. Mozna wiec otrzymac w jednym przebiegu pracy, w ra¬ zie potrzeby, jedwab sztuczny nawet bar¬ wiony, w postaci nawiniecia, odpowiadaja¬ cej wymaganiom przemyslu wlókiennicze¬ go z pominieciem dotychczas stosowanych, — 6 —opisanych powyzej zabiegów, wymagaja¬ cych wiele czasu i nadewszystko kosztow¬ nych.Mozna jednak równiez traktowac zwój w bebnie w jeszcze prostszy sposób, wyma¬ gajacy mniej miejsca i przyrzadów. PLThe present invention relates to a method and apparatus for the continuous production of raw or refined rayon, twisted or untwisted, in a flexible state and in the form of a peacock, required for the purposes of the weaving industry except for the usual reeling, twisting and of rewinding and subsequent treatment of the yarn in bands. As is known, rayon is now produced in two ways, namely: by means of the coil opening method and by means of the throughput method in a pre-block centrifuge. In the manner of the coil opening, the rayon fibers are aligned parallel to the coil and are usually twisted n °. a special thread after washing and drying. Even today, in rayon factories, the fibers wound on the pre-shaft coil are released from the bath components adhering to them, so that the silk on the coils is washed away by sprinkling them or by hiding water in vats. How much time, space, equipment, coils, washing water is necessary for these working methods, what damage to the material must be reckoned with and how uneven the final product is obtained can only be assessed by visiting rayon factories. In the case of the above-mentioned methods, it takes many days for the creasing process to be carried out. After weaning, the rayon, which is on the pre-meshing coils, must be evenly and completely drier. During drying, especially the top layers of rayon, wound on U ^ r.:. on the coil, they dry out and the coils must be placed, depending on the number of yarns wound and the quality of the fiber, in some cases for several days in wetting rooms, so that the silk acquires the flexibility it needs for further processing, in particular for turning. This requires a large room, a great amount of material, labor, etc., and causes damage to the fine hair fibers on the coil due to the manipulation of non-bound coils, which in turn leads to a large amount of waste, difficulties in twisting and obtaining silk of inferior quality. After wetting, further processing takes place, i.e. twisting. As is known, the threading machines used today in the manufacture of rayon are constructed in such a way that the twisting coil becomes clogged on the spool, rotating at the appropriate number of turns to twist the filament properly, while the twisted filament is wound up on the thread. a hollow roller (twisting coil) of paper or metal. The ropes, wound on the torsion coil, are then steamed in the moistening room to establish the twist, and then they are guided in a known manner in the form of bands on motorbikes. Each strand must be tied several times in order to be suitable for further treatment according to the previous method, namely for desulfurization, bleaching, revitalizing, dyeing, or finishing, and then the strands are dried. This type of rayon, usually found in the trade, is not suitable for many purposes of the textile industry, in particular for the manufacture of knitted and petticoat products, for which purpose the strands of rayon must be dipped before the spooling. in oil, soap solution or similar liquids, then centrifuge and dry or treat them with a softening agent during the coil. The silk, which is still in the form of strands, should then be rewound on a coil or winding forms suitable for the appropriate purpose, e.g. shield (and warp winding), bottle coils (for knitted products) or ice boxes (for inserting into shuttles). We can only imagine what a huge work, waste of time and damage to the fibers caused by the hitherto method, one can only imagine when visiting a modern large factory of artificial silk, then the winding for coils or a section where yarns are rewound from strands to the coils. The described great number of operations in the production and processing of artificial silk fibers causes the formation of large amounts of inferior species, which must then be graded as ready-made strands in order to separate strands with interrupted or damaged hair fibers. Although in almost every modern rayon room at least 95-96% of the pre-bleaching coils contain artificial silk which has been faultlessly advanced, it is not uncommon for silk to appear in strands prior to bleaching, when sorting, for example, only 25-30% of the first species. The rest are divided, depending on the degree of mechanical damage, into 4 to 5 lower species. Even with such a low yield of the first grade, however, it is not certain that the sorted rayon of the first grade will be smoothly unwound during further processing and the fibers will break, and during the repeated further processing, it will not have to be grazed. The present invention aims to avoid all the above expensive, time-consuming and material-damaging treatments. Polish patent No. 4747 describes a method by which the previous complex and improper tearing lasting whole days can be reduced to minimum in terms of time, water consumption and number of devices by means of a device in which the perforated coils with rayon wound on them are placed in the linting device described in the aforementioned patent and sucked the water from the outside to the inside. brokerage, described in the above patent, it turned out that you can still significantly simplify the rations of artificial silk, especially since it is possible, if necessary, in the same unit of fluffing devices, to refine the rayon fibers in one workflow, so that they can be obtained in a condition suitable for the purposes of the textile industry; This is done as follows: After the silk spinning on the coils is finished, the water for the spinning is removed from the device described in Polish Patent No. 4747 and instead of water a suitable desulphurizing liquid is supplied, e.g. sodium sulfite in the appropriate concentration and temperature, and after passing through the layers of fibers, it is discharged back to special tanks so that it can be strengthened, cleaned and prepared for re-use. After desulphurization, warm water is washed in the same way. Then, if necessary, it is also sucked off with a bleaching fluid, such as hydrogen dioxide, then acidified and finally washed with water. The still wet fibers, located on the coil and in the abovementioned creeping device, are then treated - which is a further important period of this method - with a suitable liquid, e.g. with sulforicinate solution, in the above-described manner, t .). this solution is sucked up from the outside to the inside through the fiber layers and through the perforated coils and also drained into suitable tanks for regeneration and re-use. The silk prepared in this way, brought to a supple state and then dried in a known manner, has the valuable property that immediately after drying it can be further processed without the long-lasting wetting of silk that has crumbled for days before. Since the rayon wound on the pre-neck coil is treated in accordance with the present method on this coil and remains there until it is twisted, the fibers are not exposed to mechanical stress and the silk, as mentioned above, has been given them Fortunately, before drying, the flexibility is provided with a suitable softening agent, whereby it also has the necessary flexibility to counteract shrinkage during drying and thus cracking of the hair fibers, therefore the fibers on the coils and treated according to this method can be almost completely and without fear of breakage of the fibers twisted or further processed. that the present method described above can also be performed with a device other than that described here for the example. For example, it is also possible to weave and refine the silk on the perforated pre-meshed coil by means of a device in which the treatment fluids are passed through the fiber layers from the inside to the outside, or alternately. An essential feature of the present invention is also in this case the refinement, in particular the imparting of flexibility to the honeysuckle on the pre-quench coil prior to drying in one workflow, and the winding of the finished filaments from the pre-cutting coil in a form suitable for the textile industry. but without reeling, wrapping, further streaking, centrifuging, re-drying, and so on. Twisting and further processing of artificial silk according to the present method takes place, for example, as follows. Punched pre-treated silk coils instead of said commonly used hitherto. The threading machine is placed on a threading machine constructed, for example, according to Figs. 1 and 2. Twisting the thread F, unwinding from the coil for twisting Z, is not fed, as was the case before, to the empty cylinder dr, but for a winding device, built in such a way that the friction roller a drives a spindle b, e.g. conical, on which it is mounted it is a conical cardboard sleeve c. The thread guide d moves transversely at a desired speed, thereby producing the known conical cross-wound coils for use in knitting and eyelets. In order that nothing has sufficient tension to achieve a strong winding, it is guided through a suitable tensioning device, consisting of two crest parts overlapping each other and forcing nothing to slide along a wavy line. Instead of a taper spindle, it is also possible to use a cylindrical spindle on the same machine. Thus, it is possible to obtain directly from the pre-limiter coil in one run in the first case - a conical cross coil according to Fig. 3, in the second case - a cylindrical cross coil according to Fig. 4. In a similar way, not disc coils, when the winding device is appropriately shaped. Thus, it is possible to obtain raw rayon still on the threading spool, but flexible, relatively bleached, or even dyed, in a suitable for the industry Of the foil form of winding, in one pass, excluding all procedures used so far. For there is nothing to prevent the rayon on the perforated pre-meshed coil from dying, enlivening, finishing, or carrying out the like, by sucking a suitable bath before the rayon dries on the pre-meshed coil in instruments for according to Polish Patent No. 4747. The present method is of even greater importance in the production of non-curled rayon fibers processed in large quantities in weaving mills and used as threads. Until now, this type of rayon has also been produced in the manner described, i.e., untwisted fibers unwound from the pre-miter coil were first processed into reels on strands, they were wrapped and in a strand desulphurized, bleached and dyed. Even though the twisted rayon is significantly damaged by these procedures, it is the case with the above-mentioned untwisted fibers, where the individual hair fibers are arranged parallel to each other and are easily damaged by the slightest mechanical operation. According to the present method, where the refinement (bleaching, etc.), and pre-extrusion softening is performed on the perforated pre-cut coil before drying, even untwisted fibers on rayon have the required flexibility and can be fed directly from the pre-cut coil to the quilts. Thus, the amount of fine - 4 ph of loose hair fibers is small. In the method of pre-spinning by means of pre-spinning centrifuges, the acidic and salt-containing coil, preceded in the centrifuge, was thrown onto a stretcher and introduced into the hot steam chamber to avoid crystallization of salt, and so the coil evaporated in this way is then rolled in a wet and acid state into strands on a mo- tor, then in a wet and acid state it binds, and then it is flushed in the form of strands and before drying it is stretched for special frame so that the strand does not shrink during drying and does not lose some valuable properties. It is only after the first tension-drying that the strands are treated in the vats a second time, desulfurized, white, centrifuged and dried again. After the second drying, the strands have to be bent and sorted before they are wound to a form suitable for the textile industry (cross coils, disc coils or the like). Until now, the drums of the pre-centrifuge are made of aluminum and made of aluminum. ¬ ebonite-laid, or entirely made of ebonite or other acid-resistant material. There are openings in the walls of the drum through which the spinning bath can be drained. The centrifugal force presses the fiber layer firmly against the walls of the drum, and the produced thread of the fiber adheres strongly to the walls, as a result of which it is difficult to remove it for the described further processing. A significant number of the coils also become unusable due to the sliding of the fiber layers and damage to the hair fibers, and must be discarded. This method is therefore very inconvenient and, at the same time, costly. These difficulties are eliminated and the costly method of work is simplified, thus saving on material. This method, however, requires a different design of the centrifuge drum and auxiliary devices. Instead of using the so far relatively expensive drum lined with ebonite or other acid-resistant material and thoroughly polished, one uses cheap cheap drums without lining, which The ntes require internal polishing and are constructed as shown in the figure. Fig. 5 is a sectional view, while Fig. 6 is a view of the rake of the rings and the coil. between each other recess c. In the drum constructed in this way, a perforated, uniform or multi-child ring R (Fig. 7) is deposited in such a way that the protrusions d engage the corresponding cuts c (ifig. 6). After the ring R has been seated (FIG. 7), the vortex is brought into motion and the coil K rests in a known manner on the perforated ring (...). Due to the fact that the ring R has relatively many large holes, it can be relatively shaped during the run-up. feed the roll, lead the tearing fluid to the U-funnel, leading the fiber to the pre-cutting centrifuge; this fluid neutralizes the fiber during the formation of the coil and, after passing through the fiber layers, is ejected through the holes. However, prior art drums may also be used for the present method; in this case, however, the ring R (Fig. 8) must be provided with stiffening ribs V in several places, so that it cannot be pressed against the walls of the drum and obstruct the holes in these walls. Under the action of centrifugal force, the multi-child (Fig. 7) or uniform (Fig. 8) elastic ring R is pressed with the ribs V against the walls of the rotating drum and rotates with it. Drum cover W - 5 (Fig. 5) is crushed before the drum ring 35 is ejected. In order to prevent the first adjacent fibers of the K roll from being pressed into the holes of the ring R, the ring (Fig. 6) is covered with a layer of porous material. N. After the padded roll is finished, the drum capsizes so that the roll falls with the ring R onto the appropriate tray. As the ring R (fig. 7) consists of several parts, these parts can be easily removed and a coil is obtained in a padded, undefined and undamaged state. The ring R may also be uniform, but in this case it must be resilient so that it can be widened to remove the coil. After the roll K has been wiped out, but before it is removed from the drum, a softening liquid, for example sulphoricinate solution, is fed through the funnel to the drum, whereupon the centrifugal force of the rotating drum distributes this liquid evenly in the fiber layers. In order to avoid the removal of the inner layers of fibers, an elastic cylinder / der Af (Fig. 6) of variable diameter is introduced into the inside of the coil, which may not have holes and which, due to its elasticity, adheres tightly to the inner fiber layers of the woven thread. . The latter is then inserted with the cylinder into the drying device. Since the cylinder M is resilient and has a variable diameter, this diameter automatically decreases to a degree corresponding to the shrinkage of the fibers during drying, so that the coil is also dry and is firmly seated on cylinder M. if necessary ^ a suitable adjustable tension device may be introduced into the cylinder M in order to increase its resilience. The coil, firmly seated on the cylinder, can be transferred after drying directly to the coil machine and brought into a winding form according to the requirements of the textile industry, without being carried forward in the form of strands as before and only then by coil to the suitable ones for for industrial purposes of the form of winding. The fibers, processed in the above manner, are suitable in most cases for the production of knitted or woven fabrics or stockings, which are then given a matte or shiny appearance in the process according to Polish patent No. 7336, provided that viscose silk does not the desulfurization has already been carried out in the drum, as described above. However, when it is a matter of producing a refined, i.e. sulfurized or even dyed rayon, directly in the form of a roll with a pre-spinning centrifuge, the drum is placed on the roll or on the turn. With this spindle, or on a table specially equipped with a rotating spindle, it pours the necessary desulfurization, bleaching, or dyeing liquid into the drum and splashes it through the layers of fibers of the roll by centrifugal force, in order to avoid sliding of the inner layers of the roll. fibers during this multiple treatment of the coil, it is good to put the inside of the coil before re-threading Instead of the resilient cylinder described above, also the perforated cylinder, which can change its diameter. The coil may be suisizony on the above perforated cylinder as described and transferred directly from the cylinder to the coil machines in order to produce forms of windings appropriate to the requirements of the textile industry. It is therefore possible to obtain in one workflow, if necessary, rayon, even dyed, in the form of a winding, meeting the requirements of the textile industry, omitting the previously used - 6 procedures described above, requiring a lot of time and above all expensive. However, you can also handle the reel in an even simpler way, requiring less space and equipment. Instead of the above-described drum with ring R, a two-sided drum (Fig. 9) is used, also provided with a ring. Only the inner wall of this two-sided drum has holes P, and the title is only in those places where The steppes are covered with layers of thread fibers. The centrifuged separating bath passes through the channel L to the outlet next to the spindle S on which the drum is mounted. Also when using a biconvex drum, as described above, the fiber can at least flutter during the ferrying, so as not to burden the quiver when the roll is treated in the drum, the biconvex drum (Fig. 9) is placed in the vacuum devices described in Polish Patent No. 4747 , and places on an appropriately sealed washer Y (Fig. 10) the base X, leading to the vacuum tubes J, In these devices it is possible to help the vacuum crease, desulphate, bleach and, if necessary, dye and make the fibers of the coil flexible in the same manner as in the above-described treatment of punched coils, namely supplying, suctioning and recovering the liquid required for the treatment, as described in connection with the treatment of the coils. Thus, according to the present method, the improved fiber is made in the form of a coil, which may be carried out directly as a winding in the above-mentioned manner, suitable for the requirements of the textile industry or in the form of strands. Strands of this kind do not need to be treated as such, since the fiber has already been drummed, or even bleached or dyed, thus obtaining rayon with a non-displaced cross and without the other damage encountered when treating them. two bits in the form of strands, and which can be easily processed with little scrap. The coil, while still in the drum, may be treated with liquids other than those described, regardless of the length of which is described in this section. This method has been obtained, which does not completely affect the essence of the invention. Thus, for example, the coil may not be treated at all with flushing liquids or other using the R-ring, or treated only partially, and instead the coil in the drum may be treated after the drum has been removed from the punching machine and the perforated cylinder Af is seated in it. inside the coil, in such a way that instead of the usual drum cover with a large opening; through which the funnel is introduced into the drum, a cover can be used according to Fig. 11, The cover / closes the drum tightly and has appropriately shaped bases // through which the creeping fluid is introduced into the drum, and then the final treatment liquids . The linting and post-treatment fluids enter the drum through the root (s) (cover) and pass through the perforated cylinder Af, the coil and the perforated ring R and pass through the holes in the haze drum. These fluids are drained and, as described above, prepared for possible regeneration and reuse. After completion of the creeping and treatment, the cover is removed and the coil is discarded along with the Af cylinder and R ring. is removed and the suisfcy coil on the flexible cylinder M and processed further as described. In previous embodiments for direct production of flexible rayon in suitable forms of winding for the textile industry, mention has been made of - 7 - about the production of viscose fibers, - especially about carbon dioxide, only because nowadays most artificial fucks of this kind are produced. The present method of producing flexible rayon and, if desired, refined, except for the hitherto used stranding and treatment in this form, also applies to all other types of rayon and other plastics. is an obstacle to bringing the plastics obtained by the nitro-fiber method, the acetate-fiber method, the ammonium copper process and other methods to a refined form and meeting the requirements of the textile industry in one pass, provided that the method is used, described herein in connection with the production of sucker rayon, for other manufacturing methods, by making, depending on the type of liquid used to treat, the devices of a material on which a given fluid does not act. ¬ cast artificial nitro-fiber materials according to the method of dry or wet interval on the punched coils or, as described above, in the drums of centrifuges, using coils, or drums, made of: e.g. ebonite, and after winding the fiber on the front coils, or forming the coil - weaving, denitrifying, bleaching, giving flexibility, etc., as described above Maybe. Also the removal of copper, bleaching and the like of copper ammonium fiber or superficial saponification, bleaching and d. Of the acetate fibers of the fiber is possible to be performed on punched coils, e.g. ebonite, and makes it possible, according to the present method, to refine the artificial fibers on the punched coil or and providing, as described, to the form of windings suitable for the textile industry in one workflow.
