Fig. 1 przedstawia przekrój osiowy, fig. 2 — widok zgóry, a fig. 10' i której jdragi koniec spoczy¬ wa riia oblrzezu rurki 31. W ten sposób spre¬ zyna 10 w ziwyklyeh warunkach przyciska mase 8' do dna kadluba 27.Wewnatrz rurki 31, w miejscu objetem tuleja 29, umieszczona jest iglica 6. PL PLThe longest patent period is until February 18, 1944. The invention concerns a further improvement of the impact fuses described in patent No. 10030, also for use with hand-thrown or rifle-thrown grenades. The drawing shows, as an example, an embodiment of the fuse according to the additional invention. Fig. 1 shows an axial section, fig. 2 — a top view, and fig. 3 — a partial axial section of a fuse variant. As can be seen from fig. 1, the grenade shell consists of a body 27, threadedly connected to a casing 28, which has the shape of a spherical bowl, with a center of gravity at point 0 and an opening in the direction of the grenade axis. In this opening there is a sleeve 29, provided with a flange 30, with two rims, between which the edge of the casing 28 fits and rests. The flange 30 is spherical and has a center of gravity also at point 0, and the opening in the casing 28 is so large that the sleeve 29 swings freely in all directions around point 0. In the sleeve 29 is a movable closed tube 31, enclosing a detonator 21; it is placed axially inside the cavity of the mass 8* so as to form a guide for this mass. The mass 8' consists of a shell containing an explosive charge. A ring 32, located on the outside of the tube 31, rests against the rim of the sleeve 29. The detonator 21 is provided at the bottom with a flange 21', against which a helical spring rests. 10' and the other end of which rests on the rim of the tube 31. In this way the spring 10 under normal conditions presses the mass 8' against the bottom of the casing 27. Inside the tube 31, in the place covered by the sleeve 29, the needle 6 is placed. The casing 28 is provided with a cap 33 which covers the collar 30 and the end of the tube 31. If the tube 31 rests on the cap 33, the ring 32 is superfluous. The cap 33 is secured by a cover 23, pivotally attached by means of a safety catch 22 passing through the cover 28 and the tube 31. Additional security is achieved by means of a cotter pin 24 passing through the covers 23 and 28. According to Fig. 3, the upper cover 28 of the fuselage forms a spherical seat 34 with the centre of gravity also at 0; in this seat there is a head 35, the center of gravity of which is also at 0 and which contains a firing pin 6. To the inner side of the head 35 there is a tube 31, sliding in the mass 8', supported by a spring similar to the spring 10' and which keeps the head 35 in connection with the hood 33 and the mass 8' in connection with the bottom of the casing 27. In the unlocked state, a fuse 22, connected to the casing 23, passes through the tube 31 and the head 35 to the firing pin 6. At the bottom, the tube 31 is provided with a flange 36, the edge of which is at a slight distance from the relevant surface of the upper casing 28, in order to preventing the displacement of part 31 and mass 8' relative to the bomb axis during its flight in the air. When the bomb hits the target in the direction of the axis with the end of the cap 33, the mass 8' moves due to its inertia, which causes the primer 9 to contact the firing pin 6. If the impact is directed towards the bomb axis, on the lower part of the fuselage 27, the mass 8* is immobilized, while the tube 31 with the firing pin 6 (and this together with the warhead 35 fig. 3) due to its inertia moves in the forward direction in the cavity of mass 8', thereby acting on the spring 10', which frees the firing pin 6, causing the primer 9 to explode.
