Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest reaktor barbota¬ zowy przeznaczony do syntez chemicznych z u- dzialem reagentów gazowych i cieklych, a zwla¬ szcza do cieczy zawierajacych zawiesine stalego katalizatora.W dotychczas znanych konstrukcjach reaktorów barbotazowych przeznaczonych do syntez chemi¬ cznych z udzialem katalizatora w zawiesinie sto¬ sowane sa wewnetrzne rury cyrkulacyjne, rozsze¬ rzajace sie w górnej czesci i zakonczone separa¬ torem gazu w postaci stozkowych blach, monto¬ wanych jedna nad druga. Reagenty ciekle poda¬ wane sa zwyikle do dolnej czesci reaktora. 1 10 u 20 25 117 978117 978 przedstawia przekrój pionowy reaktora barbota- zowego, a fig. W dolnej czesci reakto¬ ra umocowany jest dystrybutor reagenta gazowe¬ go 6, dystrybutor reagentów cieklych 7 i dysze 8 zawiesiny katalizatora. Kierownica 10 zbudowana jest z dwóch pierscieni montazowych lOa, lOb i elementów kierujacych 10c, o ksztalcie odpowied¬ nio profilowanych lopatek.Reaktor barbotazowy wedlug wynalazku pracu¬ je w nastepujacy sposób. Reagent gazowy wyplywa z dystrybutora 6 do przestrzeni barbotazowej. Mie¬ szanina ciekla wypelnia cala objetosc reaktora i stanowi faze zwarta. Reagent gazowy przeplywa w przestrzeni barbotazowej. W wyniku dzialania kie¬ rujacego, ciecz porusza sie ruchem spiralnym 5 wzdluz rury cyrkulacyjnej 2, a udzial objetoscio¬ wy pecherzyków gazu w przestrzeni barbotazo¬ wej wzrasta. Hitherto known designs of bubble reactors intended for chemical syntheses with the participation of a catalyst in a suspension of suspension. There are internal circulation pipes, expanding in the upper part and terminated with a gas separator in the form of conical plates, mounted one above the other. The liquid reactants are typically fed to the bottom of the reactor. The gas reactor is fed to a distributor located at the lower edge of the circulation tube. A gas reactant distributor, usually a torus with appropriately drilled holes, is positioned so that the gas reactant flows into the annular bubbling space. There is a known structure of a bubble reactor, in which the bubble space is covered with trusses made of slats forming openings with a rectangular or square cross-section. The slats may be inclined at some angle with respect to the level, and the dimensions of the openings usually do not exceed a few millimeters. A major disadvantage of the described bubble reactor designs is their low efficiency per unit volume and insufficient process selectivity in the case of complex reactions. The main reason for these drawbacks is the small contact surface of the phases between the bubbles of the absorbed gas and the liquid, which decreases with increasing liquid circulation rate between the bubble space and the circulation pipe. The rate of absorption is also low, which is usually the rate limiting the process. The aim of the invention is to develop a structure of a bubble reactor with a circulation pipe, allowing for obtaining a significant contact surface of the phases between the gas and liquid phase, increasing the rate of absorption and reducing the impact the speed of liquid circulation to the size of the contact surface of the phases. The reactor according to the invention has a cylindrical shape inside which a circulation pipe is placed, terminated in the upper part with a cone and a gas selector, and underneath in the lower part there is a distributor gas, characterized by the fact that the vanes are arranged in the space between the body and the circulation pipe. The steering wheels are attached to the circulation pipe and consist of two mounting rings and guiding elements inclined in relation to the horizontal angle from 10 to 70 degrees. The subject of the invention is illustrated in an example of the embodiment in Fig. 1 10 u. 20 25 117 978 117 978 shows a vertical section of a bubble reactor, and Fig. 2 shows a vertical section of a circulation pipe. The bubble reactor consists of a body 1, in the shape of a cylindrical vessel, in which the circulation pipe 2 is concentrically arranged. 2 ends in its upper part with a cone 3, on which a gas separator 4 is mounted, made of metal sheets rolled into cones. The circulation pipe 2 with the cone 3 and separator 4 is connected to the reactor head by means of fasteners 5. The gaseous reagent distributor 6, the liquid reagent distributor 7 and the nozzles 8 of the catalyst suspension are fixed in the lower part of the reactor. The steering wheel 10 is composed of two mounting rings 10a, 10b and guide elements 10c, shaped like appropriately profiled blades. The bubbler reactor according to the invention operates in the following manner. The liquid raw material is fed through the distributor 7, the catalyst suspension through the nozzles 8. The gaseous reactant flows from the distributor 6 into the bubble space. The liquid mixture fills the entire volume of the reactor and constitutes the compact phase. The gaseous reactant flows in the bubble space. Reaction products and the unabsorbed gaseous reagent are discharged from the reactor through the pipe stub 9. Due to the difference in hydrostatic pressure between the circulation pipe 2 and the bathtub space, the liquid circulates, flowing in the bubble space from the bottom to the top of the reactor. The liquid return takes place through the pipe and the loop. Port 2. The vanes 10 provide additional flow resistance and direct the liquid at some angle with respect to the level. As a result of the directing action, the liquid moves in a spiral motion 5 along the circulation tube 2, and the volumetric fraction of the gas bubbles in the bubbling space increases. As a result of increasing the flow resistance and obtaining a spiral flow of a liquid, the rate of liquid circulation influences the change of the phase contact surface. Considerable narrowing of the liquid streams in the spaces between the directing elements lOc has a positive effect on the increase of the absorption speed. Properly profiled guiding elements 10c allow to obtain the effect of micro-mixing, thus increasing the contact surface of the phases and the speed of absorption. Mounting rings 10a, 10b serve to stiffen the structure of the steering wheel 10, 20. Claim.
