Swieca ZWIEZDA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca o nazwie ZWIEZDA. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, uwidocznionego na fotografiach, wynikaja z bryly swiecy o nowym, oryginalnym ksztalcie. Istotna cecha nowego wzoru jest to, iz swieca postrzegana z góry przypomina swym ksztaltem symetryczna, czteroramienna gwiazde. Natomiast swieca w ujeciu bocznym, przedstawia ostroslup, którego krawedzie boczne maja ksztalt luków wygietych delikatnie na zewnatrz swiecy i zbiegaja sie w jednym punkcie - wierzcholku swiecy, który zwienczony jest knotem. Powierzchnia scian jest gladka. Swieca postrzegana z perspektywy stanowi bardzo ciekawa i rzadka kompozycje. Taki ksztalt jest niezwykle interesujacy i sprawia, ze swieca staje sie niezwykle atrakcyjna. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy ZWIEZDA wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnego ksztaltu do produkcji wyrobu swiecacego. Charakterystyczny i wyszukany ksztalt swiecy nadaje jej niepowtarzalny, jedyny w swoim rodzaju wyglad. PL PLThe industrial design is for a candle named "ZWIEZDA." The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows a top view of the candle; FIG. 2 shows a side view of the candle; and FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the candle. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the photographs, result from the candle's new, original shape. A significant feature of the new design is that, when viewed from above, the candle resembles a symmetrical, four-pointed star. The side view of the candle, however, represents a pyramid, the lateral edges of which are shaped like arcs that curve gently outward and converge at a single point – the top of the candle, which is topped with a wick. The surface of the walls is smooth. Seen from a perspective, the candle creates a very interesting and rare composition. This shape is extremely interesting and makes the candle exceptionally attractive. The essential features of the ZWIEZDA candle's industrial design result from the use of an original shape in the production of the candle. The candle's distinctive and sophisticated shape gives it a unique, one-of-a-kind appearance.
