Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Srodkowa czesc korpusu butelki stanowi gladka czesc walcowa ograniczona od góry i dolu poprzez male uskoki krótkimi czesciami walcowymi przechodzacymi w góre i dól butelki, a górna czesc butelki wychodzaca z waskiego walca stanowi hiperbolicznie zwezajaca sie sciana z pionowymi symetrycznymi rowkami - wglebieniami na jej obwodzie i przechodzaca w walec szyjki przedzielonej cienkim walcem nieco szerszym niz szyjka, a zakonczony gwintem od góry, przy czym dolna czesc butelki stanowi wychodzaca z czesci walcowej, czesc stozkowa zaokraglona u dolu, a na jej czesci bocznej stozka wykonano pionowe symetryczne rowki -wglebienia. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ze srodkowa czesc korpusu butelki stanowi gladka czesc walcowa ograniczona od góry i dolu poprzez male uskoki krótkimi czesciami walcowymi przechodzacymi w góre i dól butelki, a górna czesc butelki wychodzaca z waskiego walca stanowi hiperbol leznie zwezajaca sie sdana z pionowymi symetrycznymi rowkami - wglebieniami na jej obwodzie i przechodzaca w walec szyjki przedzielonej cienkim walcem nieco szerszym niz szyjka, a zakonczony gwintem od góry, przy czym dolna czesc butelki stanowi wychodzaca z czesci walcowej, czesc stozkowa zaokraglona u dolu, a na jej czesci bocznej stozka wykonano pionowe symetryczne wglebienia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with aesthetic value, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The central part of the bottle body is a smooth cylindrical part, bounded at the top and bottom by small offsets, by short cylindrical parts extending up and down the bottle. The upper part of the bottle, extending from the narrow cylinder, is a hyperbolically tapering wall with vertical symmetrical grooves/recesses along its circumference, merging into the cylinder of the neck, which is divided by a thin cylinder slightly wider than the neck and terminated with a thread at the top. The lower part of the bottle is a conical part extending from the cylindrical part, rounded at the bottom, and vertical symmetrical grooves/recesses are made on the lateral part of the cone. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the front view of the largest bottle, Fig. 2 shows the front view of the medium bottle, Fig. 3 shows the front view of the small bottle. The essential features of the industrial design are: the central part of the bottle body is a smooth cylindrical part, bounded at the top and bottom by small steps with short cylindrical parts extending up and down the bottle, and the upper part of the bottle emerging from the narrow cylinder is a hyperbole, narrowing in a curve with vertical symmetrical grooves - recesses on its circumference and transforming into a cylinder of the neck, which is divided by a thin cylinder slightly wider than the neck and finished with a thread at the top, while the lower part of the bottle is a conical part extending from the cylindrical part, rounded at the bottom, and on its lateral part of the cone there are vertical symmetrical recesses, as shown in the attached illustration.
