Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest fotografia widoku z boku zamknietego komputera, fig. 2 fotografia widoku z góry zamknietego komputera, a fig. 3 jest fotografia otwartego komputera w widoku z przodu. Komputer zabawka sklada sie z dwóch zespolonych ze soba wahliwie czesci, z których pierwsza jest podstawa zawierajaca klawiature usytuowana na jej górnej powierzchni. Druga czescia komputera jest panel górny, który ma usytuowany na powierzchni lezacej po stronie klawiatury monitor. W widoku z góry krawedz powierzchni górnej podstawy komputera odwzorowuje polaczenie szeregu promieni o znacznie rózniacych sie dlugosciach, przy czym w jej czesci tylnej krawedzie podstawy tworza raczke. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 is a photograph of a side view of a closed computer, Fig. 2 is a photograph of a top view of the closed computer, and Fig. 3 is a photograph of a front view of the open computer. The toy computer consists of two pivotally connected parts, the first of which is a base containing a keyboard located on its upper surface. The second part of the computer is a top panel, which has a monitor located on the surface adjacent to the keyboard. In the top view, the edge of the upper surface of the computer base represents the connection of a series of rays of significantly different lengths, with the edges of the base forming a handle in the rear part. In the top view, the edges of the top and bottom surfaces of the top panel represent the connection of a series of rays of significantly different lengths. In its rear section, the edges of the top panel form the movable part of the hinge, while in its front section, a centrally located button is located, the upper surface of which describes the connection of a series of arcs of varying radius lengths. A loudspeaker is located in another, much smaller recess on the top surface of the base. On the top surface of the base, keyboard buttons are arranged in a recess located on its upper surface, with the edges of the set of buttons located opposite the panel forming a segment of a circle divided in the central part by two curves. In the top panel, beneath the monitor, a button is located in a recess located on its lower surface, while inscriptions are placed on fragments of the top panel surface on the sides of the monitor. Essential features of an industrial design A toy computer consisting of two parts connected together in a pivoting manner, the first of which is a base containing a keyboard located on its upper surface, and the second part of the computer is a top panel which has a monitor located on the surface lying on the side of the keyboard, has essential features of an industrial design. According to them, in a top view, the edge of the upper surface of the computer base represents a combination of a series of rays of significantly different lengths, while in its rear part the edges of the base form a handle, furthermore, in a top view, the edges of the upper and lower surfaces of the upper panel represent a combination of a series of rays of significantly different lengths, while in its rear part the edges of the upper panel form the movable part of the hinge, while in its front part there is a centrally located button, the upper surface of which describes a combination of a series of arcs of different radius lengths, while in another, much smaller recess located on a loudspeaker is located on the upper surface of the base, while on the upper surface of the base, keyboard buttons are arranged in a recess located on its upper surface, wherein the edges of the set of buttons located opposite the panel form a segment of a circle divided in the central part by two curves, in addition, in the upper panel under the monitor lying in a recess located on its lower surface, a button is located, while on fragments of the surface of the upper panel on the sides of the monitor, inscriptions are arranged, as shown in the attached illustration material.
