Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac zestawu, przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu elementów sklado- wych. Trzon mocujacy ma ksztalt zblizony do walca ukosnie scietego, w którego w podstawie dolnej znajduje sie osiowy otwór, a od strony wewnetrznej laczy sie ze spodnia czescia chwytowa poprzez powierzchnie, która w widoku z boku, tworzy z nia krzywa zblizona do paraboli o lekko zalamanym swobodnym koncu. Boczne powierzchnie trzonu mocujacego od ok. 1/2 jego wysokosci oraz na polowie dlugosci sa obustronnie splaszczone, a w widoku z boku, maja ksztalt zblizony do trójkata prostokatnego i przechodza w plaskie waskie powierzchnie boczne czesci chwytowej. Ukosnie scieta na zewnatrz pod- stawa górna laczy sie z powierzchnia górna czesci chwytowej, majaca wy- konane na obydwu koncach póleliptyczne splaszczenie, które na swobod- nym koncu znajduje sie równiez po jego czesci spodniej. Powierzchnie górna i spodnia posiadaja ksztalt poprzecznie lekko wypukly w stosunku do dlugosci. Nakladka oslaniajaca wedlug wzoru jest dwuczesciowa i stanowia ja po- krywy w ksztalcie prostopadlosciennym o zaokraglonych wszystkich kra- wedziach. Czesc górna nakladki - mocowana z klamka - ma wykonany w powierzchni sciany czolowej przelotowy otwór, usytuowany centralnie. Po- nad otworem znajduje sie element graficzny w postaci prostokatnej ramki z umieszczona wewnatrz duza litera „W. Czesc dolna nakladki - oslaniajaca zamek - ma wykonana w powierzchni sciany czolowej szczeline, której krawedzie po jednej stronie maja ksztalt niepelnego kola, zas jej konce pionowo przechodza w wydluzony owal. Po- nad szczelina znajduje sie element graficzny w postaci prostokatnej ramki z umieszczona wewnatrz duza litera „W. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of the set, manifested in the shape of the component elements. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which photo 1 shows a perspective view of the door handle and covers from the side; photo 2 shows the handle and cover from the back; fig. 1.1 shows a perspective view of the set from the top and back; fig. 1.2 shows a perspective view of the handle from the top and side; fig. 1.3 shows a perspective view of the handle from the back and side; and fig. 1.4 shows the front view of the two-piece cover. The industrial design set consists of inner and outer handles connected by a pin and two cover plates. The inner and outer handles have a shape similar to the capital letter "L" with all edges rounded, with the shorter arm of the letter being the mounting shaft and the longer arm being the gripping part. The mounting shaft has a shape similar to a diagonally cut cylinder with an axial hole in its lower base, and on the inner side it connects to the lower gripping part via a surface which, in a side view, forms a curve similar to a parabola with a slightly bent free end. The lateral surfaces of the mounting shaft are flattened on both sides from approximately 1/2 of its height and along half its length. In a side view, they resemble a right-angled triangle and merge into the flat, narrow lateral surfaces of the grip section. The obliquely cut upper base connects to the upper surface of the grip section, which has a semi-elliptical flattening at both ends, which is also found on its underside at the free end. The upper and underside surfaces are slightly transversely convex in relation to their length. The protective cover, as shown, is in two parts and consists of a cuboid cover with all edges rounded. The upper part of the cover - attached to the handle - has a through hole in the front wall surface, located centrally. Above the opening, there is a graphic element in the form of a rectangular frame with a capital letter "W" inside. The lower part of the cover – covering the lock – has a slot in the front wall surface, the edges of which on one side are in the shape of a partial circle, while its ends vertically merge into an elongated oval. Above the slot, there is a graphic element in the form of a rectangular frame with a capital letter "W" inside. In the industrial design set, the handles and covers are made of coated aluminum. An important feature of the industrial design set of door handles is that: - the inner and outer handles included have a shape similar to the capital letter "L" with all edges rounded, with the shorter arm of the letter being the mounting shaft and the longer arm being the gripping part. - The mounting shaft has a shape similar to a diagonally cut cylinder, and on the inside it connects to the underside of the gripping part via a surface that, in a side view, forms a curve close to a parabola with a slightly bent free end. - The side surfaces of the mounting shaft from approximately 1/2 of its height and along half of its length are flattened on both sides, and in a side view, they have a shape similar to a right-angled triangle, transitioning into the flat, narrow side surfaces of the gripping part. - The upper surface of the gripping part has a semi-elliptical flattening on both ends, which is also found on its underside at the free end. - The upper and lower surfaces have a transversely slightly convex shape in relation to their length. - Each cover plate is a two-piece structure consisting of a cuboidal cover with rounded edges. - The upper part of the cover plate, attached to the handle, has a centrally located through-hole in the front wall. Above the hole, there is a graphic element in the form of a rectangular frame with a large letter "W" inside. - The lower part of the cover plate, covering the lock, has a slot in the front wall, the edges of which are incomplete circles on one side, while their ends vertically merge into an elongated oval.
