Zestaw zlaczek elektrycznych srubowych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw zlaczek elektrycznych srubowych, skladajacych sie z dwóch zlaczek. Zlaczki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sa rozwiazaniem nowym i oryginalnym, maja ksztalt tulei z przegroda usytuowana w srodku otworu. Powierzchnia zewnetrzna jest gladka a powierzchnia wewnetrzna ma naciety gwint sluzacy do przebicia tlenków wystepujacych na powierzchniach laczonych przewodów. Zlaczki wykonane sa ze stopu aluminiowego i pokryte sa powloka cynowa. Zlaczki maja zastosowanie do laczenia przewodów aluminiowych, miedzianych, jednodrutowych, wielodrutowych i sektorowych o napieciu do 36 kV, w mufach. Zlaczki wedlug wzoru uwidocznione sa na rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia zlaczke z dwoma srubami w widoku, fig.2 przedstawia zlaczke z czterema srubami w widoki, fig.3 przedstawia zlaczke z dwoma srubami w przekroju wzdluznym, fig.4 przedstawia zlaczke z czterema srubami w przekroju wzdluznym. Odmiana zlaczki elektrycznej wedlug fig.l ma ksztalt tulei z przegroda usytuowana w srodku otworu tulei. Otwór wzdluzny ma naciety gwint sluzacy do przebicia tlenków lub emalii na powierzchniach laczonych przewodów. Zlaczka ma dwa nagwintowane otwory prostopadle do osi tulei, w które wkrecane sa sruby zrywalne. The industrial design covers a set of screw-type electrical connectors, consisting of two connectors. The connectors, as per the industrial design, are a new and original solution, shaped like a sleeve with a partition located in the center of the opening. The outer surface is smooth, while the inner surface has a cut thread to penetrate oxides present on the surfaces of the connected conductors. The connectors are made of an aluminum alloy and are tin-plated. They are used for connecting aluminum, copper, single-wire, multi-wire, and sector-shaped conductors with voltages up to 36 kV, in joints. The connectors according to the pattern are shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a two-bolt connector in a side view, Fig. 2 shows a four-bolt connector in a side view, Fig. 3 shows a two-bolt connector in a longitudinal cross-section, and Fig. 4 shows a four-bolt connector in a longitudinal cross-section. The electrical connector variant shown in Fig. 1 has a sleeve shape with a partition located in the center of the sleeve hole. The longitudinal hole has a cut thread used to pierce oxides or enamel on the surfaces of the connected wires. The connector has two threaded holes perpendicular to the sleeve axis, into which shear bolts are screwed.
