PL PL PLThe subject of the invention is a full-series heat exchanger system, designed to supply a facility with heat for the needs of central heating and with central hot utility water, via heat exchangers. So far, a full-series heat exchanger system has been known and used, in which the heating water from the network first flows to the peak heat exchanger of hot utility water, and then returns to the network through the central heating exchanger and then through the basic (preliminary) heat exchanger of utility water. This system has a number of disadvantages and inconveniences, such as, for example, at higher temperatures of network water, there is a tendency to overheat utility water (especially when using lower quality automation devices), which leads to wasteful heat management, premature corrosion of the distribution system and exchangers, as well as to failure of exchangers due to uncompensated thermal stresses, excessive heat The waste water contained in the water returning from the central heating exchanger cannot be fully utilized, as a result of which the heat exchangers must draw appropriately increased amounts of heating water for the needs of domestic hot water. Another disadvantage of the previously used full-series heat exchanger system is that it is not possible to reduce the consumption of network water by changing the flow path, for example at lower outside temperatures, when the network water returning from the central heating exchanger already has a sufficient temperature to heat utility water in the second-stage heat exchangers of domestic hot water. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the described disadvantages and to improve the reliability of the exchanger, to improve the comfort of heat consumption at low outside temperatures, to extend the service life of devices and installations, to enable the use of types of devices that are less resistant to thermal stresses, to reduce corrosion of installations and heat exchangers, and to reduce consumption of the heating medium. This objective was achieved by connecting, before the pipe supplying the top exchanger, a system of pipes first supplying the central heating exchanger and only then directing the network water to the top exchanger. The system of a full-series hot utility water unit, which is the subject of the invention, is presented in an example of an embodiment in a schematic drawing, which shows the basic devices and fittings, which are the essence of the issue. As shown in the drawing, the system of the unit consists of three exchangers: a top exchanger 19 placed on the inlet of the network water heating the central heating exchanger 20 and a basic exchanger 21 placed on the return of the network water. Before the top exchanger 21, a bypass is connected on the pipe 26, through the pipe 41, which directs the network water first to the central heating exchanger 24 and then through the pipes 40, 32, 50, 51 and 37 to the top exchanger 19. Next, the system of pipes 38, 52, 53, 46, 47 and 42 supplies water to the primary exchanger 21. Pipes 29, 31, 45 and 34 with valves 5, 8 and 13 and orifices 22, 23 and 25 allow part or all of the network water to flow beyond the exchangers 19, 20 and 21. In order to stabilize the flow or stabilize the pressure difference or temperature, a water flow stabilizer 15 can be placed behind the top exchanger 19, a device 16 for regulating the temperature, a device 17 for regulating the temperature downstream of the central heating exchanger 20 and a device 18 for regulating the temperature of utility water downstream of the basic exchanger 21, which can be used, for example, in large group substations.* The operation of the substation according to the invention is described on the example of the substation operation in the heating season at high network water temperatures (example I) and in the period of low network water temperatures (example II)). These examples concern a heating substation supplied with network water with qualitative temperature control.Example I. Substation operation in the heating season at high network water temperatures. The network water flows first into the central heating exchanger 20, then to the peak exchanger 19 of domestic hot water in the flow sequence from valve 1 through device 15 and through pipes 26 and 48 through valve 3, then through valve 7 to exchanger 20 and then through pipe 40 through device 17 with a two-way valve for regulating the water temperature and in parallel from valve 3 through pipes 48, 39 and 31 through choke orifice 23 and valve 8 to device 17. Then the water flows through pipes 32 and 50 through valve 4 and pipe 37 to exchanger 19 and then through pipe 38 to the device 16 for regulating the domestic water temperature and in parallel from valve 4 through pipes 36 and 29 through choke orifice 22 and valve 5 to device 17. 16. In turn, water flows through pipes 52, 53 and 46 through valve 9, then through pipes 47 and 42 through valve 11 to exchanger 21 and then through pipe 43 through water temperature control device 18 and in parallel from valve 9 through pipes 47, 41, 45 and 34 through choke orifice 25 and valve 13 to device 18 and flows out through pipe 35 and through valve 14 to the network. Example U. Operation of the node in the heating season at low network water temperatures. The network water first flows into the top exchanger 19 of the domestic hot water, then to the central heating exchanger 20 in the following order through valve 1 and the device 15 for stabilising the flow (or stabilising the pressure difference) and then through pipes 26 and 27, valve 2, through pipes 28, 36, 37 to the top exchanger 19, through pipe 38 to the device 16 for regulating the water temperature and then through pipe 52 and in parallel from valve 2, through pipes 28 and 29 through the throttling orifice 22 and valve 5, device 16, pipe 52, then through valve 6, pipes 30 and 39, valve 7 to the central heating heat exchanger 20 and then through pipe 40 to the device 17 with a two-way valve for regulating the temperature of the installation (heated) water and in parallel from valve 6 via lines 30 and 31 through the throttling orifice 23 and valve 8 to the temperature regulating device 17. In turn, the water flows through pipe 33 through valve 12 and pipes 45, 41 and 42 through valve 11 to the basic heat exchanger 21 for heating utility water and then through pipe 43 to the device 18 for regulating the temperature of utility water and in parallel from valve 12 through pipe 34 through the throttling orifice 25 and valve 13 to the device 18 and then through pipe 35 and through the drain valve 14 the water returns to the network. It is also possible to operate the unit in a series-parallel arrangement with water flowing first to the peak exchanger 19 of the hot utility water and in parallel to the central heating exchanger 20 and then through the basic exchanger 21 and valve 14 with the valves 5, 6, 8 and 10 closed and when using instead of the thermoregulatory devices 16 and 17 two-way — single-way thermoregulatory devices. The heat station is operated in the summer in the same way as in the case of the previously used full-series heat station system. ] The main technical advantages resulting from the use of the heat exchanger system according to the invention are as follows: — a natural reduction in the consumption of heating water by the heat exchanger, because the entire heating of utility water is carried out exclusively with waste heat, — elimination of the tendency of the heat exchanger to excessively heat utility water, and as a result, extension of the service life of the installation and hot water exchangers and saving of thermal energy, — improvement of the working conditions for the central heating installation, because the central heating exchangers are supplied with heating water at a stable temperature, independent of the value of the consumption of hot utility water, — in specific conditions, for example in periods of higher outside temperatures, the heat exchanger can operate in the previous system (example II). 119 940 3 Patent claims 1.
