ZESTAW MEBLI Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli do sypialni skladajacy sie z nastepujacych rnebli: komody, szafy, szafki oraz podwójnego lózka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter zestaw mebli przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie mebli, w szczególnosci w formie plaszczyzny frontu mebli i cechach linii krawedzi a takze wygladzie charakterystycznych nózek uchwytów. Zestaw mebli jest wykonany w róznych kolorach, np. jesion. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia komode (1 odmiana wzoru), fig. 2 szafe (2 odmiana wzoru), fig. 3 szafke (3 odmiana wzoru), fig. 4 podwójne lózko (4 odmiana wzoru). Szafa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z trzech segmentów: dwóch bocznych w sklad których wchodzi szafka, pod nia szuflada mniejsza oraz u dolu wieksza, oraz segmentu srodkowego szerszego, który tworzy szafa dwudrzwiowa z lustrami, pod nia dwie szuflady jedna pod druga, przy czym charakterystyczne dla zestawu zalamanie lini plaszczyzny frontu tworza linia frontu szuflad mniejszych segmentów bocznych, oraz linia frontu szuflady wyzej umiejscowionej w segmencie srodkowym. Szafa posiada charakterystyczne elementy: uchwyty, zaokraglenie krawedzi oraz nózki. Szafka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada dwie szuflady umieszczone jedna pod druga, kazda z nich z charakterystycznymi uchwytami, charakterystycznie zaokraglone krawedzie oraz charakterystyczne nózki. Lózko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada charakterystyczna rame lózka z wycieciem po bokach lózka, charakterystyczne zaokraglenie krawedzi, charakterystyczne nózki. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: charakterystyczna linia frontów mebli — jej zalamanie, zaokraglenie krawedzi, charakterystyczne nózki oraz uchwyty, a takze dobranie poszczególnych elementów zestawu i ich faktura.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5 Fig. 6Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL PLFURNITURE SET The industrial design is for a bedroom furniture set consisting of the following pieces: a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a cabinet, and a double bed. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individually distinctive furniture set, manifested in the shape of the furniture, particularly in the form of the furniture fronts and the features of the edge lines, as well as the appearance of the characteristic legs and handles. The furniture set is made in various colors, for example, ash. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a chest of drawers (design variant 1), Fig. 2 a wardrobe (design variant 2), Fig. 3 a cabinet (design variant 3), and Fig. 4 a double bed (design variant 4). The chest of drawers, based on the industrial design, has four drawers, each with characteristic handles, characteristic legs, and rounded edge finishes. The lower drawer is wider, and the front line of the third drawer from the top is recessed, creating the break in the front surface line characteristic of the set. The industrial-style wardrobe consists of three segments: two side segments, each comprising a cabinet, a smaller drawer below it, and a larger drawer at the bottom, and a wider middle segment, consisting of a two-door wardrobe with mirrors, with two drawers stacked one below the other. The characteristic kink in the front of the set is created by the fronts of the drawers in the smaller side segments, and the front of the drawer located higher in the middle segment. The wardrobe features distinctive elements: handles, rounded edges, and legs. The industrial-style cabinet has two drawers placed one below the other, each with distinctive handles, rounded edges, and legs. The industrial-style bed features a distinctive bed frame with cutouts in the sides of the bed, distinctive rounded edges, and legs. The essential features of an industrial design are: the characteristic line of furniture fronts - its bend, rounded edges, characteristic legs and handles, as well as the selection of individual elements of the set and their texture.
