Abstract

Pompa membranowa sterowana pneumatycznie, zbudowana jest z korpusu (1), w którym w gniazdach (3) osadzone sa dwie membrany (4) polaczone wspólnym walkiem (5). Gniazda (3) korpusu wewnetrznego (2) polaczone sa kanalami (6) z zaworem pneumatycznym (7), sterujacym praca membran (4). Korpus pompy membranowej posiada na przeciwleglych scianach krócce (8), ssawne i tloczne, których kanaly (9) przechodza przez korpus wewnetrzny (2), przy czym w kanalach (9) umieszczone sa dwa komplety zaworów kulowych (10). Na zewnatrz korpus (1) posiada na dwóch przeciwleglych sciankach centralnie umieszczone okragle zatyczki (11), oslaniajace gniazda (3) membran (4), a na pozostalych scianach wszystkie czesci korpusu posiadaja plaskie wglebienia, ulatwiajace montaz pompy.The pneumatic diaphragm pump is made of a body (1) in which two membranes (4) connected by a common shaft (5) are mounted in the seats (3). The seats (3) of the inner body (2) are connected through channels (6) with a pneumatic valve (7), controlling the operation of membranes (4). The diaphragm pump body has on the opposite walls stubs (8), suction and pressure, whose channels (9) pass through the inner body (2), where two sets of ball valves (10) are placed in the channels (9). On the outside, the body (1) has centrally located round plugs (11) on two opposite walls, covering the seats (3) of the membranes (4), and on the other walls all parts of the body have flat cavities, facilitating installation of the pump.
