Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. -Zastosowanie zgrubienia cylindrycznego ograniczonego dwoma pierscieniami.Fig. 1 Fig.1a Fig.2 Fig.2a PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a plastic expansion plug intended for fastening various elements to hard surfaces such as concrete, solid brick, stone, etc. The expansion plug is shown in the drawings in eight variations, corresponding to Figs. 1.1a and 2.2a. Compared to similar objects, the submitted industrial design exhibits novelty and originality in the shape of the plug's surface elements and their mutual arrangement. The first variation of the plug, viewed in two planes, is shown in Fig. 1.1a. It has a flange in the shape of a truncated cone with a cylindrical rim. Above the flange, it is cylindrical. Just above the flange, it has two annular projections. In the central zone of the cylindrical part, it has three projections, with the central projection being five times wider than the outer projections. Above the cylindrical part is the expanding part of the wheel, which looks different when viewed from two planes. Fig. 1 shows the wheel from the front, which is symmetrical to the rear. Here, we see two parallel slits, between which are wedge-shaped teeth. Above, a slit runs through the center, which is successively shaped like a straight line, a sinusoid, and a straight line, and is bounded on both sides by straight grooves. The wheel has a truncated cone shape at the end. Fig. 1a shows the wheel from the side. The view of the flange and the cylindrical part under the flange is identical to Fig. 1. Above the cylindrical part is the expanding part, which on the side is also identical and symmetrical to the other side. The lateral surface is shaped like a section of a cylinder ending in a truncated cone, which has recesses along its entire length in the shape of six sections of truncated cones and cylinders. The cylinders have the diameters of the smaller circles of the truncated cones. The second type of wheel, projected on two planes, is shown in Fig. 2, 2a. It has a cylindrical collar. Above the collar, it is also cylindrical, but with a smaller diameter. Just above the collar, it has two annular lugs. In the central zone of the cylindrical part, it has three lugs, with the central one being five times wider than the outer ones. Above the cylindrical part is the strut portion of the wheel, which looks different when projected on two planes. Fig. 2 shows the wheel from the front side, which is symmetrical to the rear side. We see two parallel slits, with four wedge-shaped teeth between them. Above, a slit runs in the center, which alternates between a straight line, a sinusoid, and a straight line, and is bounded on both sides by straight grooves. The pin has a truncated cone shape at the end. Fig. 2a shows the pin from the side. The view of the flange and the cylindrical part under the flange is identical to Fig. 2. Above the cylindrical part is the expanding part, which is also identical on the side and symmetrical to the other side. The lateral surface is shaped like a section of a cylinder ending in a truncated cone, which has recesses along its entire length in the shape of six sections of truncated cones and cylinders. The cylinders have the diameters of the smaller circles of the truncated cones. List of industrial design variations. 1. Fig. 1; Figure 1a shows an expansion plug with a conical collar in the lower part, a cylindrical boss in the center, and a sinusoidal slit between two slots in the upper part. Figure 2;2a shows an expansion plug with a cylindrical collar in the lower part, a cylindrical boss in the center, and a sinusoidal slit between two slots in the upper part. Significant features of the industrial design: - The use of wedge teeth laterally limited by two slits; the wedge teeth do not protrude beyond the diameter of the expansion plug. - The use of sinusoidal slits, the expanding part of the expansion plug, so that the beginning of this slit fits between the ends of the slits limiting the wedge teeth. - The use of a cylindrical bead limited by two rings.
