Nogi i siedzisko pokryte sa tkanina lub skóra. Druga postac taboretu charakteryzuje sie niewielka wysokoscia nóg oraz znaczna szerokoscia i glebokoscia siedziska. Trzecia postac taboretu cechuje znaczna jego wysokosc.
