Nad króccem wyloto¬ wym nad przegroda poprzeczna znajduje sie wklad filtracyjny polaczony z dolna czescia kadluba rura przelotowa. As a rule, one-stage gas purification is used in known solutions of apparatus for dedusting or removing liquid droplets from gas. Known devices such as cyclone, droplet separator, bag filter or candle filter as single-function devices do not ensure simultaneous and thorough cleaning of gas from solids and liquids. The number of apparatuses is sometimes doubled to maintain the continuity of operation, which, especially in the case of pressure installations, causes a significant increase in costs due to the large number of pressure vessels and fittings. From the Polish Patent No. 74153 there is also a device for purifying natural gas equipped with a cyclone and a filter at the same time. . The device comprises a cyclone situated in the lower part of the cylindrical fuselage, a transverse diaphragm separated from the upper part with a through-pipe, connecting its lower and upper part. The hull at the height of the upper part of the cyclone, under the transverse partition, has a gas inlet stub, equipped with a replaceable stub pipe with an internal diameter adapted to the operating parameters of the gas in use. The gas outlet port is installed in the fuselage above the transverse partition. Above the outlet stub, above the transverse partition, there is a filter cartridge connected to the lower part of the hull with a through-pipe. This device is used in oil mining and is adapted to be installed directly on the borehole. More precise purification of natural gas before its conversion into synthesis gas, e.g. already in the processing plant, is provided by the device according to the invention, which gives the possibility of a three-stage separation of pollutants from gas thanks to the installation in In addition to the cyclone and the filter, there is also a separator. The device according to the invention is a vertical cylindrical pressure vessel, inside which there is a pressureless inner jacket open in the lower part. PEOPLE'S SPACE .aa.PATENT OFFICE OF PRL Patent additional patent no. Applied: 01/18/79 Privileges (P. 212903) Application announced: 08/11/80 Patent description: 11/30/19832 121 023 between these two coats acts as a cyclone, to which gas The polluted one is introduced through a spigot placed in the pressure outer mantle, situated tangent to the side wall of the cylinder. Inside the pressure-free mantle there is a separator and a filter, e.g. a bag filter, above it. The separator has a series of slanted partitions attached to the inner mantle. The baffles are positioned at an angle of 20-50 °, most preferably 20-45 ° to the horizontal, and have single openings into which short sections of pipes are positioned to divert the gas flow. Baffles in the form of oblique planes or cones are preferred. The separator baffles are provided with an outlet for impurities. The leads are in the form of pipes led centrally one inside the other. The outlets are also the hydraulic closure of the partitions. The separator is installed between the cyclone and the filter. The filter for final gas purification is installed in the upper part of the pressure-free inner side. The filter also has a drainage of the retained liquid in the form of a pffpTOW pipe "Wfcwnatrz" in the pipes for the discharge of impurities from the separator's partitions. In the cover of the pressure tank above the filter, there is a stub pipe for discharging the purified gas, while at the bottom there is a built-in drain pipe for the impurities. In the drawing, Fig. 1 shows the device in a vertical section, and Fig. 2 its plan view. The contaminated gas flows into the device through the nozzle 1 and is directed tangentially with a swirl to the space between the pressure-free outer jacket 2 and the inner pressureless jacket 3. Here, the larger solid particles and drops of liquid are separated, which flow down to the bottom of the device on the inner wall of the pressure mantle. The lower part of the inner mantle is covered with 4 shelves with single holes, into which short sections of pipes are inserted. 5. Holes in the shelves, located as indicated As shown in Fig. 1, they cause a multiple diversion of the gas flow and further separation of the entrained fine liquid droplets and dust. The pollutants are collected in the lowest parts of the shelves 4, from where they are discharged to the bottom of the device by downpipes 6, centered one inside the other. The gas after passing the last shelf, which can still carry some of the contaminants, goes to the last stage of cleaning, passing through the filter cloth 7, in the upper part of the device. The cleaned gas leaves the device through the connector 9. The device design allows for periodic removal and cleaning of the filter 7, which at the same time facilitates washing and cleaning of the entire apparatus, periodically emptied through the nozzle 8 in the bottom of the device. The advantage of the device according to the invention is the multi-stage separation of pollutants (solids and liquids) from the gas, giving the possibility of very thorough purification of the gas, preferably immediately before its conversion into syngas.
