Koszalin A-1507 30 A-4 Cena 100 zl PL PL PL The subject of the invention is a device for cleaning or maintaining vertical or inclined surfaces, especially the sides of ships. In shipyards, several devices of this type are always installed on the dock wall, running along the entire length of the wall, which until now were supplied with water by means of appropriate rubber hoses. In the harsh operating conditions of the pit, these hoses wear out quickly, which often results in interruption of the device's operation due to negligence in supervision or external factors. However, effective use of these expensive devices is only possible if they can be ensured uninterrupted operation. The use of rubber hoses, which preferably always have to be half the length of the dock, is very expensive. Moreover, during repairs, the personnel operating the device is doomed to inactivity. The purpose of the invention is to develop a design of the type of device mentioned at the beginning, in which water supply via rubber hoses is eliminated. The device according to the invention includes a running unit sliding on a rail along the upper edge of the dock. and a boom rotating around a vertical axis, to which a mast is attached, rotating on a vertical and horizontal axis, supporting the working equipment, and its feature is that it also contains a water tank, attached to the traveling unit, which it has a 10 20 25 30 2 inlet opening, extending almost the entire length of the tank from the side facing the vertical wall of the dock, and on the dock wall opposite the water inlet opening there is a conduit with many spigots, the taps of which are opened by a system a control unit attached to the device, which is acted upon by a water level indicator which constitutes a float. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the water tank extends over the entire length of the device. The required amount of water is transferred from the pipe located in the dock to the device's tank in motion during washing until the maximum tank filling level is reached. Immediately afterwards, the device's control system releases the actuation lever of the plug-in stop valve, so that the stop valve can move in the closed position. Instead of mechanically actuating the water tank supply valve, it is also possible to use electrical control. The subject of the invention is shown in ¬ embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the device according to the invention in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the upper part of the device according to the invention in vertical section, Fig. 3 - spigot tap, Fig. 4 - diagram of the control system supply valve. The device according to the invention has a running unit 1211223 121122 4 1, angular in cross-section, the horizontal part of which 2 is mounted and can be moved on the rail 3 of the T-bar 4. The T-bar 4 is attached to (the upper edge 5 of the dock, Z rail 3 and teownift 4 cooperate systems of pulleys which are placed at the side ends of the horizontal part 2. The vertical part 6 of the running unit runs parallel to the wall 7 of the dock and is made as a frame structure. There are rollers mounted in the lower crossbar 8, pushing against the wall 7 of the dock. A boom 9 rotating around a vertical axis is attached to the traveling unit 1; kttfr#^wBj£yr trapezoidal frame. The maximum I^rot of the boom is 180°. It is moved by means of 10 hydraulic cylinders. With the boom 9 there is a mast 11, rotating with respect to the boom on the horizontal and vertical axes. The movement around the horizontal axis is carried out by the actuator 12, and around the vertical axis by the actuator 13. At its front end, the mast has a working unit 14, cleaning the sides of the ship, which may consist of a conduit with many nozzles. For the vertical Part 6 of the driving unit 1 has a tank 15 mounted along the entire length of the device, which has a water inlet opening 16 on the side facing the dock wall 7. This hole has a rectangular shape and is located almost along the entire length of the tank 15. Above the upper edge of the water inlet hole 16 inside the tank, a sheet metal cover 17 is attached, directed diagonally downwards. The water hitting this cover is directed inside the tank. A sheet metal trough 18 is attached to the lower edge of the water inlet opening 16, extending from the wall 7 of the dock and touching the filling stub 19 of the conduit 20. Conduit 20, attached ¬ attached to the back side of the wall 7 of the dock and placed at the height of the inlet opening 16, has holes with spigots equally spaced from each other, in the example of the embodiment, front taps 21 with filling pipes 19 are used. These stubs are carried through the wall of dock 7 and enter its interior. Each plug valve 21 is provided with a shut-off valve, which is coupled to a pivotably mounted actuating lever 22. The actuating lever 22, which in the embodiment variant has a disc 23 at the free end, is placed inside the dock and is attached to a tab. by means of switch 24 belonging to the control system attached to the device. Figures 3 and 4 show the actuating lever 22 in a position in which the shut-off valve of the spigot tap 21 is in the closed position. The switch 24 is moved by means of an actuator 25, equipped with a double-acting cylinder, to the position shown in FIG. In this position, the shut-off valve of the spigot tap 21 is in the open position, so that the tank 15 is filled via the filling stubs 19 of the conduit 20. In the tank 15 there is a float 26, which controls the multi-way valve 27. Through this valve, the control medium is delivered to the appropriate chamber of the actuator 25. As soon as the tank 15 reaches the maximum degree of filling, the float 26 switches the multi-way valve 27 so that the switch 24, by means of the actuator 25, moves up the actuating lever 22, which sets the shut-off valve in the closed position, which will finish filling the tank 15 from line 26.L0. The amount of liquid filling the tank 15 is selected so that when fully operational, the device can cover the distance between the two pins. Figure 4 shows the control system of the supply valve 30, which is designed as a 5th electromagnetic valve. . It is arranged in a similar manner to the spigot tap 21 previously described. The negative pole of the solenoid power valve 30 is connected to rail 3, T-bar 4, which in turn is connected to the negative pole of the power source 36 of the device. A current bus 32, isolated from the device, is located along the entire tank 15 and is connected to it by a sliding contact 33. Turning on the switch 34 starts the operation of the automatic tank filling system. The float switch 35 interrupts the current circuit fed by the source 36 to avoid overfilling the tank 15. This system ensures that the tank is filled with water only when the switch 34 and the float switch 35 are turned on and the sliding contact 33 is in contact with the rail 32. Patent claims 35 1.
