DYWAN Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan o kompozycji otwartej. Dywan wedlug wzoru przedstawiony jest na rysunku. Fig.l przedstawia dywan w widoku z góry. Cecha charakterystyczna dywanu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze na tle z nieregularnie rozrzuconymi przecinajacymi sie liniami o róznych wielkosciach znajduja sie elementy ozdobne o róznych ksztaltach : linie ksztaltem przypominajace szal na wietrze lub koryto nieuregulowanej rzeki wokol którego w dolnych czesciach znajduja sie stylizowane liscie z lodygami oraz w czesci srodkowej nieregularne linie oplatajace element lub z nim sie stykajace. Wzór jest zamkniety po obrzezach ramka ,która styka sie z dwoma elementami dekoracyjnymi: prostokatami wzdluz dluzszych boków wzoru zakonczonych linia w ksztalcie litery L gdzie ich krótszy koniec jest poprzerywany . Calosc motywu ozdobnego poprzez cieniowanie poszczególnych elementów zdobniczych stwarza wrazenie kompozycji przestrzennej. Twórca Dorota DobrzanskaFig. 1 PL PLCARPET: The subject of the industrial design is a carpet with an open composition. The carpet according to the design is shown in the drawing. Figure 1 shows the carpet from above. A characteristic feature of the industrial design is that, against a background of irregularly scattered, intersecting lines of various sizes, there are decorative elements of various shapes: lines resembling a windswept scarf or the bed of an unregulated river, surrounded by stylized leaves with stems in the lower sections, and in the middle section, irregular lines wrapping around or touching the element. The design is closed at the edges by a frame that touches two decorative elements: rectangles along the longer sides of the design, terminating in an L-shaped line, with their shorter ends interrupted.
