Opakowanie (1) produktu (3) z co najmniej jednym swobodnie płynącym higroskopijnym ciałem stałym obejmuje pojemnik transportowy (4) z umieszczoną w nim osłoną osuszającą (10) z materiału nieprzepuszczalnego dla wilgoci, która otacza torebkę na produkt (2) wypełnioną produktem (3), przy czym środek osuszający (14) rozmieszczony jest na powierzchni wewnętrznej (11) osłony osuszającej (10), skierowanej w stronę torebki na produkt (2). Środek osuszający (14) znajduje się w co najmniej jednym, a w korzystniejszej postaci w kilku torebkach na środek osuszający (13). Co najmniej jedna torebka ze środkiem osuszającym (13) jest zamocowana do wewnętrznej powierzchni (11) osłony osuszającej (10) za pośrednictwem okrywającej ją perforowanej osłony przepuszczalnej dla wilgoci. Osłona osuszająca (10) jest albo dopasowana do kształtu torebki na produkt (2), albo do kształtu pojemnika transportowego (4).
