Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest urzadzenie do wykorzystania energii cieplnej spalin w elektrowni weglowej. Elektrownia weglowa jest wyposazona w kociol weglowy (1) oraz mokry skruber (3), polaczony z kotlem weglowym (1) do przenoszenia spalin z kotla weglowego (1). Skruber jest wyposazony we wlot wody zawierajacej ciecz przemywajaca dostarczana do spalin, w celu usuwania zanieczyszczen zawartych w spalinach, a ponadto urzadzenie zawiera zespól (8) odzysku ciepla, usytuowany pomiedzy kotlem weglowym (1) oraz mokrym skruberem (3). Mokry skruber (3) jest polaczony z kotlem weglowym (1) dla odbioru spalin z kotla weglowego (1). Zespól (8) odzysku ciepla jest posrednim wymiennikiem ciepla w którym spaliny sa chlodzone przez nosnik ciepla tak, ze gdy spaliny opuszczaja zespól (8) odzysku ciepla, ich temperatura jest dostatecznie wysoka do dzialania mokrego skrubera (3), a energia cieplna zawarta w nosniku ciepla, nagrzanym przez energie cieplna gazów spalinowych, jest uzywana w elektrowni weglowej albo w jej poblizu do wytwarzania energii. Urzadzenie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zespól (8) odzysku ciepla jest polaczony do mokrego skrubera (3) dla przenoszenia gazów spalinowych wychodzacych z zespolu (8) odzysku ciepla bezposrednio do mokrego skrubera (3), przy czym mokry skruber (3) zawiera wylot gazów spalinowych do atmosfery.
