Abstract

Zgrzebło (1) przenośnika górniczego zawiera wzdłużny korpus (2). Od górnej strony korpusu (2), pomiędzy jego końcami (3) zlokalizowana jest wnęka (4) na obejmę (5). W dolnej części obejmy (5) znajduje się wzdłużny występ (7) oraz wybranie (8), odpowiadające położeniem odpowiednio wybraniu (8') i występowi (7'), zlokalizowanym we wnęce (4) korpusu (2), przy czym w występach (7, 7') wykonane są odpowiadające sobie położeniem poziome otwory (9, 9') na śruby mocujące (10). Ponadto na swych końcach obejma (5) zaopatrzona jest w skierowane w stronę korpusu (2) występy (8a), wchodzące w odpowiadające im położeniem gniazda. Skierowane ku sobie ścianki (Z) występów (7, 7') usytuowane są skośnie w stosunku do pionowej płaszczyzny równoległej do osi wzdłużnej zgrzebła (1). Zarówno w obejmie (5) jak i w korpusie (2) wykonany jest odpowiadający sobie położeniem pionowy otwór (12, 13) na śrubę (14), przy czym otwór (13) w korpusie (2) jest otworem nieprzelotowym.The scraper (1) of the mining conveyor comprises a longitudinal body (2). From the upper side of the body (2), between its ends (3), there is a recess (4) for the clamp (5). In the lower part of the clamp (5) there is a longitudinal protrusion (7) and a recess (8), corresponding to the position of the recess (8') and protrusion (7'), located in the cavity (4) of the body (2), and in the protrusions (7, 7') there are corresponding horizontal holes (9, 9') for fastening screws (10). Moreover, at its ends, the clamp (5) is provided with protrusions (8a) directed towards the body (2), entering the socket corresponding to their position. The walls (Z) of the protrusions (7, 7') facing each other are located obliquely in relation to the vertical plane parallel to the longitudinal axis of the scraper (1). Both in the clamp (5) and in the body (2) there is a vertical hole (12, 13) corresponding to the location for the screw (14), while the hole (13) in the body (2) is a blind hole.
