Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest grzejnik z dyfuzorem z elementami grzejnymi w postaci tulei (1), których ściany wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne tworzą przestrzeń dla czynnika grzewczego, z centrycznie umieszczonym wewnątrz każdej tulei konwekcyjnym kanałem przelotowym (2). Tuleje (1) połączone są od tyłu z przewodami doprowadzającym (3) i odprowadzającym (4) czynnik grzewczy, zamocowanymi nierozłącznie do ścian zewnętrznych tulei grzejnych. Tuleje grzejne (1) osadzone są na dyfuzorze (5) w postaci prostopadłościanu z szeregiem umieszczonych w górnej ściance rur (6). Na obu końcach dyfuzora (5) umieszczone są wentylatorki osiowe, zaś końce dyfuzora zamknięte są zaślepkami z otworami (8). Tuleje grzejne (1) grzejnika połączone są rozłącznie z dyfuzorem (5) za pomocą łańcuszków (9) z wieszakiem (10), zahaczonym o górną krawędź tulei grzejnej, a z rurą dyfuzora połączone są poprzez zaczep (11), osadzony w otworach (12) rur (6) dyfuzora (5). Dyfuzor, umieszczony pod grzejnikiem, wymusza obieg powietrza wewnątrz rur grzejnych.The subject of the utility model is a radiator with a diffuser with heating elements in the form of a sleeve (1), whose internal and external walls form a space for the heating medium, with a convection through channel centrally located inside each sleeve (2). The sleeves (1) are connected from the rear with the supply (3) and heating medium (4) pipes, permanently attached to the outer walls of the heating sleeves. The heating sleeves (1) are mounted on the diffuser (5) in the form of a cuboid with a series of pipes (6) located in the upper wall. At both ends of the diffuser (5) are placed axial fans, while the ends of the diffuser are closed with plugs (8). The heating sleeves (1) of the radiator are detachably connected to the diffuser (5) by means of chains (9) with a hanger (10) hooked on the upper edge of the heating sleeve, and to the diffuser pipe they are connected through a hook (11), embedded in the holes (12) the pipes (6) of the diffuser (5). The diffuser, located under the heater, forces the air to circulate inside the heating pipes.
