Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest statuetka, przeznaczyl zwlaszcza jako nagroda laureatów róznego rodzaju konkursów, a takze stanowiaca ozdobe. Statuetka jest przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako nagroda dla laureatów konkursu „Zloty OTIS Nagroda Zaufania". Statuetka swym ksztaltem odróznia sie istotnie od statuetek stosowanych jako nagrody w róznego rodzaju konkursach, zwlaszcza odróznia sie od statuetki przedstawionej w opisie wzoru przemyslowego Rp-9607. Statuetka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiona na ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia statuetke w widoku z boku, a fig.2 - statuetke w widoku z przodu. Statuetka ma postac stylizowanej glowy sowy, osadzonej na korpusie zwezajacym sie ku dolowi. Korpus, swym waskim koncem jest polaczony z podstawa majaca ksztalt pryzmy. Statuetka jest w kolorze starego zlota i w kolorze czarnym, przy czym kolory te wzajemnie sie przenikaja. Istotna cecha statuetki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest jej oryginalny ksztalt, odrózniajacy ja od znanych i stosowanych jako nagrody w róznego rodzaju konkursach i plebiscytach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze statuetka ma postac stylizowanej glowy sowy, osadzonej na ksztaltowym korpusie zwezajacym sie ku dolowi, symbolizujacym korpus sowy, którego wezszy koniec jest polaczony lukami z bocznymi powierzchniami podstawy o ksztalcie pryzmy. Stylizowana glowa sowy jak równiez stylizowany korpus oraz podstawa sa wykonane w kolorzestarego zlota i czarnym, przy czym kolory te przenikaja sie wzajemnie. Na przednia powierzchni podstawy zwróconej w strone stylizowanych oczu sowy moga byc umieszczane napisy okreslajace nazwe nagrody.Fig. 1 Fig.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a statuette, intended primarily as a prize for winners of various competitions, as well as a decorative piece. The statuette is intended primarily as a prize for winners of the "Golden OTIS Trust Award" competition. The statuette's shape differs significantly from statuettes used as prizes in various competitions, and in particular from the statuette shown in the description of industrial design Rp-9607. The statuette that is the subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the statuette from the side, and Fig. 2 shows the statuette from the front. The statuette has the form of a stylized owl's head, set on a body that tapers downwards. The body, at its narrow end, is connected to a prism-shaped base. The statuette is in the color of old gold and black, with these colors intertwining. A significant feature of the industrial design statuette is its unique shape, distinguishing it from those known and used as prizes in various competitions and plebiscites. The essential features of the industrial design include the statuette's form, a stylized owl's head, mounted on a shaped body tapering downward, symbolizing the owl's body, the narrower end of which is connected by arcs to the lateral surfaces of a prism-shaped base. The stylized owl's head, as well as the stylized body and base, are crafted in antique gold and black, with these colors intertwining.
