Abstract

Wzór użytkowy dotyczy łatwo otwieranego zamknięcia (10) do pojemników na żywność lub napoje, zawierającego środkowy panel (27) otaczany przez obwodowe nacięcie (16) oraz zewnętrzny spajający panel (17). Zamknięcie ponadto zawiera języczek (11), przy czym języczek jest zamocowany do środkowego panelu przez nit (12) utworzony w środkowym panelu (27) w taki sposób, że unoszenie promieniowo wewnętrznego obszaru w języczku (11) powoduje popychanie czołowej części (24) języczka w kontakt z obszarem środkowego panelu, znajdującym się w sąsiedztwie promieniowo wewnętrznej krawędzi obwodowego nacięcia (16), a tym samym powoduje się pęknięcie nacięcia. Przetłoczenie (19) jest utworzone oraz przebiega obwodowo wokół środkowego panelu wewnątrz i w sąsiedztwie obwodowego nacięcia (16) oraz przy pewnym promieniu na zewnątrz nitu (12), przy czym to przetłoczenie odchyla się do wewnątrz od swojej obwodowej ścieżki, gdy zbliża się do obszaru, w którym nit (12) został utworzony, a także to przetłoczenie kończy się w sąsiedztwie nitu oraz po obu stronach nitu.
