Przedmiotem wzoru sa majtki odwodzace dla dzieci, przeznaczone do leczenia dysplazji stawów biodrowych u noworodków, które skladaja sie z segmentu brzusznego, segmentu ledzwiowego i posredniego segmentu krokowego i sa utworzone przez dwuwarstwowa oslone (11), gdzie pomiedzy warstwa zewnetrzna i warstwa wewnetrzna (112), które sa polaczone na obwodzie podwinietym szwem (13), tworzy sie wewnetrzna kieszen (12), w której za pomoca poprzecznej szczeliny (1121) umieszcza sie poduszke odwodzaca (2), której grubosc jest zmienna dzieki temu, ze pas usztywniajacy jest umieszczony w segmencie brzusznym korpusu majtek (1), przy czym korpus majtek (1) ma elementy mocujace dla utworzenia zwoju z jednym otworem dla talii i dwoma otworami dla nózek, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze poduszka odwodzaca (2) ma czesciowo elementy perforowane przepuszczalne dla pary, a czesciowo w obszarze krokowym ma wglebienie, przy czym na wewnetrznej warstwie (112) korpusu majtek (1) umieszczona jest wymienna pieluszka absorbujaca (3) do jednorazowego uzytku, która od strony dolnej ma element mocujacy.
