Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wykonywania wylozenia ogniotrwalego pieców, szcze¬ gólnie indukcyjnych pieców tyglowych i kanalowych stosowanych do topienia i odlewania metali, zwlaszcza miedzi i jej stopów. Przyklad I. Przy sciankach szablonu ubija sie warstwe plastyczna, zawierajaca mlewo kwarcytowe o zawartosci niemniej niz 98% Si02 wiazane polifosforanem glinu o gestosci 1,58-1,62 w ilosci 7% do 9% objetosciowo. Pozostala czesc sciany ubija sie sucha masa kwarcytowa wiazana kwasem bornym.Sposób ten pozwala na wieloktorne uzycie szablonu formujacego komore pieca oraz na stosowanie sypkich mas ceramicznych, które sa najtansze.Przyklad II.W miejscach laczenia dwu czesci pieca przykladowo komory pieca ze wzbudni¬ kiem, w miejscu styku ubija sie warstwe masy plastycznej zwierajacej mlewo kwarcytowe o2 122 182 zawartosci 99% SiC2 wiazane polifosforanem glinu o gestosci 1,60 w ilosci 6% do 8% objetosciowo, natomiast pozostala czesc wylozenia zawiera sucha mase kwarcytowa wiazana kwasem bornym.Sposób ten pozwala na oddzielne ubijanie scian komory i wzbudnika a nastepnie laczenie ich w dowolnym polozeniu bez obawy wysypania masy.Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób wykonania wykladziny ogniotrwalej pieców, zwlaszcza pieców indukcyjnych do topienia i odlewania metali, szczególnie miedzi i jej stopów, z zastosowaniem rozbieralnego szablonu, komory, znamienny tym, ze przy sciankach szablonu formujacego komore ubija sie . warstwowykladziny zawierajacej minimum 98% SiC2 oraz polifosforan glinu o gestosci od 1,50 do 1,66 w ilosci 5% do 15%. a dalej warstwe suchej masy kwarcytowej wiazanej kwasem bornym.Pracownia Poligraficzna UP PRL. Naklad 120 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a method of making refractory lining of furnaces, especially induction crucible and channel furnaces used for melting and casting metals, especially copper and its alloys. There are known methods of making refractory lining of furnaces from dry masses, i.e. "dry" and from plastic masses. "Wet". "Dry" linings require the use of templates forming the chamber, which fuse during the final sintering phase of the lining. "Wet" linings are made with the use of masses bound with phosphorus compounds of ethyl silicate, aluminum cement or by adding clay These liners allow the use of dismountable templates forming the chambers. These templates are removed before sintering the liner. The aim of the invention is to develop a method of making a refractory lining, which combines the advantages of the "wet" method, which allows the use of a removable template, and the "dry and dry" method. ", allowing the use of cheaper ma loose ceramic products This objective was achieved by the use of a heterogeneous refractory lining. At the template walls, a layer of a plastic quartzite mass containing at least 98% SiO2 bound with aluminum polyphosphate with a density of 1.50-1.66 in the amount of 5% to 15% is compacted, and then a layer of hot-setting, dry quartzite mass Bound with boric acid. Example I. A plastic layer containing quartzite mill with a content of not less than 98% SiO2 bound with aluminum polyphosphate with a density of 1.58-1.62 in an amount of 7% to 9% by volume is compacted at the template walls. The remaining part of the wall is compacted with a dry quartzite mass bound with boric acid. This method allows for the repeated use of the template forming the furnace chamber and for the use of free-flowing ceramic masses, which are the cheapest. Example II. In places where two parts of the furnace are joined, for example, the furnace chamber with the shaft at the contact point, a layer of plastic mass containing o2 122 182 quartzite mill is compacted with the content of 99% SiC2 bound with aluminum polyphosphate with a density of 1.60 in the amount of 6% to 8% by volume, while the rest of the lining contains dry quartzite mass bound with boric acid. for separate compaction of the walls of the chamber and the inductor, and then joining them in any position without fear of spilling the mass. Patent claim A method of making refractory lining of furnaces, especially induction furnaces for melting and casting metals, especially copper and its alloys, using a removable template, chamber, characteristic the fact that the walls of the template forming the chamber will be tamped I am. layered lining containing at least 98% SiC2 and aluminum polyphosphate with a density of 1.50 to 1.66 in the amount of 5% to 15%. and then a layer of dry quartzite mass bound with boric acid.
