Opleciony sznurek uszczelniający zawiera co najmniej jeden pasek (1) laminatu z materiału włókienniczego, opleciony kilkunastoma nitkami (2), korzystnie z ciągłych włókien poliestrowych. Szczególnie zawiera pasek (1) o szerokości od 10-50 mm laminatu złożonego z włókninowej warstwy podłożowej z włókien poliestrowych o masie powierzchniowej od 30-70 g/m2, warstwy superabsorbentu o masie powierzchniowej od 20-60 g/m2, osadzonego w warstwie środka wiążącego i włókninowej warstwy nakładkowej z włókien poliestrowych o masie powierzchniowej od 17-40 g/m2, opleciony kilkunastoma nitkami (2), korzystnie z ciągłych włókien poliestrowych. Zwłaszcza zawiera co najmniej dwa paski (1) o szerokości od 10-50 mm laminatu, złożonego z włókninowej warstwy podłożowej z włókien poliestrowych o masie powierzchniowej od 30-70 g/m2, warstwy superabsorbentu, osadzonego w środku wiążącym o masie powierzchniowej od 20-60 g/m2 i włókninowej warstwy nakładkowej z włókien poliestrowych o masie powierzchniowej od 17-40 g/m2, oplecione kilkunastoma nitkami (2), korzystnie z ciągłych włókien poliestrowych.
