Czynny uklad uplastyczniajacy, majacy w swojej strefie przemiany segment z tuleja obrotowa cylindra przetwórczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tuleja (1) obrotowa jest umieszczona w obudowie (2) stanowiacej integralny element konstrukcyjny cylindra laczacy przednia (3) czesc nieruchoma oraz tylna (4) czesc nieruchoma cylindra. Plaszczyzna podzialu obudowy (2), korzystnie przebiega wzdluz osi tulei (1) obrotowej cylindra. Obudowa (2) tulei (1) obrotowej cylindra jest utworzona z polaczonych korzystnie rozlacznie elementów skladowych.
