Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest jednorazowe opakowanie pasty do zębów w kształcie prostokąta powstałego z dwóch nałożonych na siebie prostokątów (2) z elastycznego tworzywa sztucznego, połączonych ze sobą wzdłuż krawędzi zewnętrznych prostokąta zgrzewami (5), (6), (7) i (8) o różnej szerokości, tworząc pojemnik do pasty do zębów w kształcie prostokąta (1), ograniczonego wewnątrz linią zgrzewu (3), przy czym na dłuższym boku na zgrzewie (6), poniżej górnej wewnętrznej linii zgrzewu (3) ma wycięcie w kształcie trójkąta (4).
