Pojemnik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony do konfekcjonowania w nim plynnych spozywczych artykulów i kosmetyczno chemicznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w perspektywie, a fig. 2 przedstawia odmia- ne pojemnika w perspektywie. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze ma ksztalt prostopa- dloscianu o prostokatnej górnej (t ) i dolnej (2} podstawie, a wylew (3) jest umieszczona prostopadle do podstawy górnej (1) i blizej jednego je- go krótszego boku (4) A zas wieksze pobocznice (5) i podstawa górna (1) maja prostokatne wypuszczone obramowanie (6). The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows a variant of the container in perspective. An essential feature of the industrial design is that it has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular upper (t) and lower (2} base, and a spout (3) is placed perpendicularly to the upper base (1) and closer to one of its shorter sides (4). The larger side panels (5) and the upper base (1) have a rectangular raised frame (6). According to the variant, an essential feature of the container is that it has a spout (3^) placed perpendicularly to the upper base (1) and in the vertical axis of the container (Fig. 2).
