Ma od strony wewnętrznej system 45-ciu prostokątnych kieszonek (1) zamykanych od góry, przy czym w każdej części przedniej znajduje się dwanaście kieszonek (1) w pięciu rzędach, licząc od dołu kamizelki ku jej górze pierwszy, drugi i trzeci rząd składa się z trzech kieszonek (1), rząd czwarty z dwóch kieszonek (1), rząd piąty z jednej kieszonki (1) a w części tylnej znajduje się również pięć rzędów kieszonek (1) licząc od dołu kamizelki ku jej górze pierwszy, drugi i trzeci rząd składa się z pięciu kieszonek (1), w czwartym i piątym rzędzie znajduje się po trzy kieszonki (1).The cooling vest consists of a back and two fronts and a space for bags with a coolant.
