Tkanina nosi nazwe „ YAZGI". Tkanina ta przeznaczona jest glównie do obijania mebli tapicerowanych , a ze wzgledu na male elementy zdobnicze nadaje sie szczególnie do produkcji krzesel i foteli. Jej stonowana kolorystyka czyni tkanine przydatna do produkcji zaslon , narzut i ozdobnych poduszek. Istote nowego wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac tkaniny przejawiajaca sie glównie w jej rysunku, kolorystyce , motywach zdobniczych oraz w ich ukladzie i melanzowej fakturze powierzchni, nadajac jej oryginalny i estetyczny wyglad. Wzór tkaniny meblowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nie jest dotychczas znany w istniejacym asortymencie tkanin tapicerskich, mimo wczesniejszego stosowania rombów jako motywów zdobniczych, jednakze w innym zestawieniu i na innym tle, nadajacym odmienny wyglad w porównaniu do przedmiotu zgloszenia. Melanzowa faktura tkaniny zostala uzyskana poprzez zastosowanie przy produkcji jasniejszej i ciemniejszej nitki przedzy zharmonizowanych odmian jednego koloru, np. nitki seledynowej z nitka ciemniejszej zieleni. Na stonowanym kolorystycznie tle umieszczone sa elementy zdobnicze w postaci rombów o boku 1 cm . Odleglosc rombów w linii poziomej wynosi 7,3 cm, a odleglosc w linii pionowej 10 cm. Romby wypelnione sa wyrózniajaca sie z tla zlota poliestrowa nitka w ten sposób ,ze w kazdym rombie znajduja sie trzy ukosnepaski o szerokosci 0,25 cm. Efekt ten zostal uzyskany przez przeciecie zlotych nitek równolegle do boków rombu waziutkim wezykiem wykonanym nitka ciemniejsza z koloru tla. Wokól kazdego rombu znajduje sie obwódka o szerokosci 0, 5 cm, tkana jasniejsza nitka z tla , co sprawia , ze romby sa bardziej wyeksponowane kolorystycznie z melanzowego tla. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami charakterystycznymi wzoru przemyslowego jest posiadajace indywidualny charakter barwne tlo tkaniny, uzyskane przez zastosowanie dwóch odmian kolorystycznych ale stonowanych nitek przedzy. Melanzowe tlo tkaniny posiada specyficzna fakture. Nie jest ono jednolite, poniewaz w róznych odstepach pionowych widoczne sa o róznej dlugosci cienkie, ciemniejsze, wyrózniajace sie z tla kreski, uzyskane przez zastosowanie specjalnych zabiegów tkackich. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest cykliczne powtarzanie motywów zdobniczych - rombów na calej powierzchni melanzowego tla tkaniny. Motywy zdobnicze powtarzane w sposób regularny, uporzadkowany na tkaninie oraz ich kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem powierzchni materialu nadaja tkaninie tapicerskiej oryginalny, estetyczny wyglad .umozliwiajacy szereg zastosowan w tapicerstwie i przy dekoracji wnetrz. PL PLThe industrial design is for a thick, patterned, and colorful upholstery fabric with small diamond-shaped motifs made with gold polyester thread, evenly spaced on a melange background. The fabric is called "YAZGI." This fabric is primarily intended for upholstering upholstered furniture, and due to its small decorative elements, it is particularly suitable for the production of chairs and armchairs. Its subdued colors make it suitable for curtains, bedspreads, and decorative pillows. The essence of the new industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested primarily in its pattern, colors, decorative motifs, their arrangement, and the melange surface texture, giving it an original and aesthetic appearance. A furniture fabric pattern based on the industrial design is not yet known in the existing range of upholstery fabrics, despite the earlier use of rhombuses as decorative motifs, however, in a different arrangement and against a different background, giving a different appearance compared to the subject of the application. The subject of the furniture fabric pattern is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the fabric, Figs. 2, 3, 4, 5 - show color variations of the fabric. A larger fabric sample is also attached (Fig. 6). The fabric's melange texture was achieved by using lighter and darker yarns of a single color in the production process, for example, a light green thread with a darker green thread. Decorative elements in the form of 1 cm diamonds are placed on a subdued background. The diamonds are spaced horizontally 7.3 cm apart, and vertically 10 cm apart. The diamonds are filled with a distinctive gold polyester thread, so that each diamond contains three diagonal stripes, each 0.25 cm wide. This effect was achieved by cutting the gold threads parallel to the sides of the diamond with a thin thread made of the darker background color. Around each rhombus is a 0.5 cm wide border, woven with a lighter thread from the background, which makes the rhombuses more visible in color against the melange background. Essential Features of an Industrial Design: The distinctive features of an industrial design include the uniquely colored fabric background, achieved by using two different color variations of subdued yarn threads. The melange fabric background has a unique texture. It is not uniform, as thin, darker lines of varying lengths are visible at different vertical intervals, standing out against the background, achieved through special weaving techniques. The essence of an industrial design is the cyclical repetition of decorative motifs – rhombuses – across the entire surface of the melange fabric background. Decorative motifs repeated in a regular, orderly manner on the fabric, and their color contrasting with the color of the material's surface, give the upholstery fabric a unique, aesthetic appearance, enabling a wide range of applications in upholstery and interior design.
