Abstract

Kosz wózka zwłaszcza dziecięcego stanowi konstrukcja, której zasadniczymi częściami są tzw. łupina - tworząca gondolę (1) - wykonana metodą termoformowania lub wtrysku z tworzyw sztucznych, korzystnie z materiałów PE (polietylen lub polieten) ABS (poli(akrylonitryl-co-butadien-co-styren)), PMMA (poli(metakrylan metylu) lub z płyt dwuwarstwowych ABS PMMA A oraz budka. Przy czym w ściankach kosza wózka wykonane są nadlewy - tj. wypukłe elementy (5). Krawędź (6) gondoli (1) jest ozdobnie wyprofilowana lub wygięta lub też wywinięta. W ściankach gondoli (1), względnie w poszczególnych płatach (3) budki (2) umieszczone są transparentne powierzchnie (4), korzystnie z zatopionymi w nich elementami nietransparentnymi. Gondola (1), a także - wybrane lub wszystkie - płaty (3) budki (2) powleczone są syntetyczną skórą, która na obrzeżu budki (2) tworzy wywinięcie.
