Abstract
Zestaw jest zaopatrzony w umieszczone kolejno po sobie kroje do wykonywania rowków na nawóz, komory zasypowe (9) z podajnikami ślimakowymi (8) nawozu i obsypniki do zasypywania wypełnionych nawozem rowków, przy czym zestaw zawiera przyczepę (1) szczelną dla nawozu i jego zapachu, przeznaczoną do publicznego transportu tego nawozu oraz przystawkę (2) do iniekcyjnego dawkowania nawozu do gleby. Przystawka (2) jest połączona ruchomo z częścią nośną (6) przyczepy (1). Ponadto zestaw posiada ruchome ramiona boczne (3) i hydrauliczny teleskopowy siłownik boczny (4), zasilany z pierwszego przewodu (5), połączonego z układem hydraulicznym ciągnika, zaś ramiona boczne (3) wraz z siłownikiem bocznym (4) są umieszczone po obu bokach przyczepy (1) oraz sprzężone przegubowo, jednymi końcami z boczną częścią nośną (6) przyczepy (1) oraz drugimi końcami z ramą przystawki (2), przy czym ramiona boczne (3) są ułożone parami równolegle, zaś siłownik boczny (4) naprzemianlegle w stosunku do końców pary ramion bocznych (3). Kroje przystawki (2) są w postaci krojów tarczowych (21), a jej obsypniki w postaci talerzy zębatych (24) o osich przesuniętych względem siebie. Zestaw jest przeznaczony do współpracy z ciągnikami rolniczymi i znajduje zastosowanie zwłaszcza do nawożenia komunalnych osadów ściekowych lub innych stałych nawozów o sypkiej konsystencji bez wpływu na otoczenie.The set is equipped with successive cuts for making fertilizer grooves, charging chambers (9) with auger feeders (8) and fertilizers for backfilling the grooves filled with fertilizer, the kit includes a trailer (1) tight for fertilizer and its smell, intended for public transport of this fertilizer and attachment (2) for injecting the fertilizer into the soil. Attachment coulters (2) are in the form of disc coulters (21), and its listers in the form of toothed discs (24) with axes shifted relative to each other. The set is designed to work with agricultural tractors and is used in particular for fertilizing municipal sewage sludge or other solid fertilizers with loose consistency without affecting the environment.
