Klocek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klocek wykonany z trwalego materialu, znajdujacy zastosowanie w formach przemy- slowych i w budownictwie. Klocek bedzie mial zastosowanie jako zabawka do ukladania w róznych pozycjach, wyrabiajaca wyobraz- nie oraz jako przedmiot dystansowy pomiedzy dwoma elementa- mi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysun- ku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klocek w przekroju poprzecznym A - A, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia klocek w widoku z góry. Klocek 1 w przekroju poprzecznym A- A posiada ksztalt nieregu- larnego klina, który po lewej stronie osi 2 posiada szesc krawedzi 3 natomiast po stronie prawej osi 2 posiada cztery krawedzie 4 przy czym jedna krawedz 3 jest krawedzia wyznaczona wkleslo- scia 5 klocka 1. Stosunek szerokosci a klocka 1 do jego wysokosci_h wynosi okolo 1,0 natomiast stosunek dlugosci_L klocka 1 do jego szero-kosci a wynosi okolo 3,0. Dotychczas znane sa klocki, posiadajace przekroje poprzecz- ne zblizone do kwadratu, prostokata, trapezu i innych prostych figur geometrycznych. Klocki takie nie sa ciekawe pod wzgledem estetycznym ani tez pod wzgledem zastosowan. Klocek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zmienia ten stan rzeczy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : klocek w przekroju poprzecznym posiada ksztalt nieregularnego klina oraz posiada po jednej stronie osi szesc krawedzi a po drugiej stronie osi po- siada cztery krawedzie, przy czym po stronie z szescioma krawe- dziami posiada jedna krawedz wyznaczona wklesloscia klocka. Stosunek szerokosci klocka do jego wysokosci wynosi okolo 1,0 natomiast stosunek dlugosci klocka do jego szerokosci wynosi okolo 3,0.FIG. 1 FIG. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a block made of a durable material, suitable for industrial and construction applications. The block will be used as a toy that can be placed in various positions, stimulates imagination, and as a spacer between two elements. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the block in cross-section A-A, while Fig. 2 shows the block from above. Block 1, in cross-section A-A, has the shape of an irregular wedge, which has six edges 3 on the left side of axis 2, while on the right side of axis 2 it has four edges 4, one edge 3 being the edge defined by the concavity 5 of block 1. The ratio of the width a of block 1 to its height h is approximately 1.0, while the ratio of the length L of block 1 to its width a is approximately 3.0. Previously known blocks have cross-sections similar to squares, rectangles, trapezoids, and other simple geometric shapes. Such blocks are neither aesthetically interesting nor have any practical applications. The industrial-design block changes this state of affairs. Essential features of the industrial design: the block has an irregular wedge-shaped cross-section and has six edges on one side of the axis and four edges on the other side of the axis, with the side with six edges having one edge defined by the block's concavity.
