Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest kołdra i poszwa na kołdrę. Kołdra składa się z dwóch warstw tekstylnych (11), o tej samej wielkości i kształcie, które posiadają spójnie umieszczone podłużne otwory (2), o tej samej wielkości i kształcie; warstwy są na stałe połączone po swoim obwodzie (3) i na brzegach otworów (4). Poszwa na kołdrę składa się z dwóch warstw tekstylnych (51) o tej samej wielkości i kształcie, które posiadają spójnie umieszczone podłużne otwory (52) o tej samej wielkości i kształcie, które to warstwy są na stałe połączone po swoim obwodzie (6), przy czym otwory (52) obu tekstylnych warstw posiadają po wewnętrznej stronie lamówkę (521) z mechanizmem spinającym (522) służącym do połączenia ze sobą otworów obu warstw tekstylnych lub do połączenia własnego otworu (52) każdej z warstw tekstylnych.
