Element wspierająco-noszący ochraniacz piankowy o eliptycznym kształcie, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z worka o gładkiej powierzchni (1) wykonanego z elastycznego materiału czterokierunkowego o wysokim stopniu przepuszczalności powietrza o masie powierzchniowej nie większej niż 160 g/m2 dostosowującego się do kształtu ochraniacza piankowego oraz materiału mocującego (3) o szerokości co najmniej 15 mm okalającego worek (1) za pośrednictwem, którego worek (1) jest mocowany bezszwowo poprzez klej na materiale bazowym, zaś w górnych częściach elementu znajdują się równolegle usytuowane zaszewki (5), a w dolnej części elementu umiejscowione jest zamykane na rzep wejście (6) na ochraniacz piankowy.
