Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest koszyczek do WC, przeznaczony do zawieszania na wewnetrznej krawedzi miski klozetowej i podtrzymywania srodka dezynfekujaco - czyszczacego. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac koszyczka przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Koszyczek wedlug wzoru przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia koszyczek w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - koszyczek w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - koszyczek w widoku z góry, fig 4 - koszyczek w widoku z dolu, a fig. 5 - koszyczek w widoku z boku. Koszyczek do WC ma postac wieloscianu o zaokraglonych krawedziach, którego najmniejszym wymiarem jest jego grubosc. Koszyczek sklada sie z dwu otwieralnych czesci, przy czym czesc tylna jest prawie dwa razy grubsza od czesci czolowej. Czworokatne, lekko zbiezne ku dolowi scianki koszyczka, sa azurowe i umozliwiaja penetracje wody do wnetrza koszyczka i wyplukiwanie srodkadezynfekujaco-czyszczacego. Azur na sciance czolowej stanowia trzy wyciecia w ksztalcie stylizowanych, wydluzonych liter S, przy czym najdluzsze z nich lezy wzdluz przekatnej scianki, zas dwa pozostale leza równolegle po obu stronach tego wyciecia. Azur na sciance tylnej stanowia prostokatne, nawzajem równolegle wyciecia, skladajace sie z trzech segmentów: srodkowego z wycieciami symetrycznie zmniejszajacymi sie ku dolowi koszyczka oraz dwu bocznych, umieszczonych równolegle, o taka sama odleglosc, po obu stronach segmentu srodkowego, przy czym wyciecia w obu segmentach bocznych maja takie same dlugosci. Na obu sciankach bocznych, w tylnej czesci koszyczka, azur stanowia trzy nawzajem równolegle, prostokatne wyciecia, a na sciance górnej sa dwa potrójne wyciecia, z których kazde ma ksztalt trójkata z zaokraglonym wierzcholkiem. W sciance dolnej znajduja sie trzy wyciecia w ksztalcie prostokatów, z których wiekszy umieszczony jest w srodkowej strefie scianki, pomiedzy zawiasami, natomiast dwa mniejsze umieszczone sa po zewnetrznej stronie zawiasów. U góry koszyczka, na srodku scianki górnej umocowany jest kablak do zawieszania. PL PL PLThe design registration right for this toilet basket is valid from November 8, 1999. The design covers a toilet basket designed to be hung on the inner rim of a toilet bowl and hold a disinfectant and cleaning agent. The essence of the design is the new form of the basket, as evidenced by its shape. The basket according to the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the basket from the front, Fig. 2 from the back, Fig. 3 from the top, Fig. 4 from the bottom, and Fig. 5 from the side. The toilet basket has the form of a polyhedron with rounded edges, the smallest dimension of which is its thickness. The basket consists of two openable sections, with the rear section being almost twice as thick as the front. The square, slightly tapered walls of the basket are openwork and allow water to penetrate the interior and rinse out the disinfectant and cleaning agent. The front panel features three cutouts in the shape of stylized, elongated S-shaped sections, the longest of which runs diagonally across the wall, while the other two run parallel to each side of this cutout. The azure on the rear wall consists of rectangular, parallel cutouts, consisting of three segments: a central segment with cutouts that symmetrically decrease towards the bottom of the basket, and two side segments, placed parallel, by the same distance, on both sides of the central segment, with the cutouts in both side segments having the same length. On both side walls, in the rear part of the basket, the azure consists of three parallel, rectangular cutouts, and on the top wall are two triple cutouts, each in the shape of a triangle with a rounded top. The bottom wall contains three rectangular cutouts, the larger of which is located in the central zone of the wall, between the hinges, while the two smaller ones are located on the outer side of the hinges. At the top of the basket, in the middle of the upper wall, there is a cable for hanging. PL PL PL
