Wzór użytkowy dotyczy konstrukcji listwy gzymsowej, stosowanej zwłaszcza w budownictwie drogowym. Listwa gzymsowa (1) z polimerobetonu ma postać prostokątnej listwy z zaokrągleniami (2) czołowych dłuższych krawędzi (3). Na swej długości (L) wyposażona jest w co najmniej dwa dwuśrednicowe, przelotowe otwory (4), w których na stałe osadzone są metalowe tuleje dwuśrednicowe (5) na elementy mocujące. Część tulei dwuśrednicowej o większej średnicy ma odpowiednią żelkotową zaślepkę maskującą (6), odpowiadającą żelkotowemu pokryciu listwy gzymsowej (1).
