Układ do pomiaru efektu cieplnego zwilżania materiałów węglowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go aparatura pomiarowa umieszczona w przestrzeni izolowanej, składająca się z naczynia kalorymetrycznego (1) zawierającego adsorbent węglowy, zbiornika (2) z cieczą zwilżającą połączonego z kranem (K5) doprowadzającym metanol, kranu (K2) doprowadzającego do próżni, kranów odpowietrzających (K3, K4), przy czym do układu podłączona jest pompa próżniowa (4) z filtrem (6) i naczynie kontrolne (5), oraz układ (3) rejestrujący pomiar.
