Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac listwy wyposazonej w elementy swiecace, emitujace promieniowanie swietlne przez szczeliny i otwory o róznych ksztaltach. Listwa podswietlana zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wytwarzania w sposób przemyslowy i rzemieslniczy. Przedmiot wzoru jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig.l, Fig.2, Fig.3 obejmuje poszczególne odmiany listwy podswietlanej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego w odmianie pierwszej przedstawionej na Fig.l jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac listwy podswietlanej, wyposazonej wzdluz dlugosci w szczeline, przeslonieta przeswiecalna wkladka, przez która jest emitowane promieniowanie swietlne diod swiecacych LED. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego w odmianie drugiej przedstawionej na Fig.2 jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakterpostac listwy podswietlanej, wyposazonej wzdluz dlugosci w szczeline przeslonieta wkladka zaopatrzona w szereg równomiernie rozmiesz- czonych przeswiecalnych, okraglych okienek, przez które jest emitowane promieniowanie swietlne diod swiecacych LED. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego w odmianie trzeciej przedstawionej na Fig.3 jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac listwy podswietlanej, wyposazonej wzdluz dlugosci w szczeline przeslonieta wkladka zaopatrzona w szereg równomiernie rozmiesz- czonych przeswiecalnych, prostokatnych okienek, przez które jest emitowane promieniowanie swietlne diod swiecacych LED.Fig 1 Fig 2 Fig 3 PL PLIlluminated Skirting Board: The subject of the industrial design is an illuminated skirting board, used as a finishing and decorative element in residential and commercial interiors. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the board, equipped with luminous elements that emit light through slots and openings of various shapes. The illuminated board, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for industrial and craft production. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 depict individual variations of the illuminated board. Significant Features of the Industrial Design A significant feature of the industrial design in the first variant shown in Fig. 1 is a new, unique form of an illuminated strip, equipped along its length with a slot covered by a translucent insert through which the light radiation from the LEDs is emitted. A significant feature of the industrial design in the second variant shown in Fig. 2 is a new, unique form of an illuminated strip, equipped along its length with a slot covered by an insert provided with a series of evenly spaced translucent, round windows through which the light radiation from the LEDs is emitted. An important feature of the industrial design in the third variant shown in Fig. 3 is a new, individual form of the illuminated strip, equipped along its length with a slot covered with an insert provided with a number of evenly spaced, translucent, rectangular windows through which the light radiation of the LEDs is emitted.
