Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest złączka zaciskowa, przeznaczona do łączenia przewodów rurowych z innymi elementami instalacji wodnej lub grzewczej. Złączka zaciskowa zawiera korpus (1) w postaci tulei nagwintowanej z obu stron i rozdzielonej sześciokątnym kołnierzem (2), przy czym tuleja od wewnątrz z jednej strony zakończona jest skośnym ścięciem, zaś w tej tulei umieszczona jest tuleja łącznikowa. Tuleja łącznikowa z jednej strony ma część walcową wyposażoną w uszczelkę (4), a z drugiej część walcową o średnicy zbliżonej do łączonej rury, a obie części są rozdzielone stożkowym kołnierzem. Strona o średnicy zbliżonej do średnicy łączonej rury ma dwa pierścieniowe rowki, w których umieszczone są O-ringi (8, 9), a na tej części łącznikowej umieszczony jest rozcięty pierścień. Złączka wyposażona jest w nakrętkę (11) z gwintem wewnętrznym, która zakończona jest wewnątrz stożkiem o zmniejszającej się średnicy. Przy rowkach z O-ringami (8, 9) utworzony jest stożkowy występ (12) z większą średnicą zwróconą do O-ringów.The subject of the utility model is a compression fitting, intended for connecting pipes with other elements of a water or heating installation. The compression fitting comprises a body (1) in the form of a threaded sleeve on both sides and separated by a hexagonal flange (2), where the sleeve from the inside is terminated on one side with an oblique chamfer, and in this sleeve a connecting sleeve is placed. On one hand, the connecting sleeve has a cylindrical part equipped with a gasket (4), and on the other a cylindrical part with a diameter similar to the connected pipe, and both parts are separated by a conical flange. The side with a diameter similar to the diameter of the connected pipe has two annular grooves in which the O-rings (8, 9) are placed, and on this connecting part there is a split ring. The fitting is equipped with a nut (11) with an internal thread, which ends inside with a cone of decreasing diameter. With grooves with O-rings (8, 9), a conical projection (12) with larger diameter faces O-rings.
