Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest sitko do filtracji ciekłego aluminium w kształcie dwóch okrągłych, kształtnych mis z kołnierzami połączonych nierozłącznie, tworzących podwójną warstwę filtracyjną i które umieszcza się w układzie wlewowym do odlewania niskociśnieniowego stopów aluminiowych, zwłaszcza felg aluminiowych. Sitko do filtracji ciekłego aluminium charakteryzuje się tym, że ma część (A) filtracyjną dolną i część (B) filtracyjną górną w kształcie mis z kołnierzami (1) i (2). Obie części (A) i (B) są połączone nierozłącznie kołnierzami (1) i (2) w jedno zamknięte sitko, które wykonane jest z siatki oczkowej, gdzie struktura oczkowa siatki części (A) filtracyjnej dolnej misy w stosunku do struktury oczkowej siatki części (B) filtracyjnej górnej misy przecina się pod kątem najkorzystniej 45°.
