Description

Nastepnie po wysuszeniu korpus lozyska poddaje sie operacji niklowania chemicznego w kapielach o znanym skladzie w temperaturze 20—100°C w czasie 40—80 minut.Przyrost warstwy niklu powoduje stopniowe two¬ rzenie sie kanalków, az do osiagniecia zadanej glebokosci. Przyklad I. Z-d Nr 1 - 731/85 90+20 egz. A4 CMtlttftl PLThe subject of the invention is a method of making air channels in gas bearings, used for pneumatic bearing of spindles, especially spindles of pre-cutting machines. It is known how to make air channels in gas bearings by means of mechanical treatment of the surface in which the channels are made. This method consists in removing a part of the surface in the places where the channels are to be formed by grinding, milling, cutting or extrusion. Another method of making the channels consists in the chemical or electrochemical etching of the element in the places where the channels are to be formed, after prior securing next to the channels. These methods do not ensure high accuracy of mapping the channels and cause technological difficulties, therefore, in order to ensure abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction during bearing start-up, a second technological operation is used - diffusion treatment or covering the bearing with an appropriate coating. according to the invention, it consists in creating channels by building their side walls while simultaneously applying a material resistant to abrasion to the rest of the body - in contrast to the previous methods of removing the material from the body in places intended for channels For this purpose, the places where the channels are to form on the bearing body are covered with a layer of polyvinyl butyral varnish by screen printing or by thermal method. This varnish contains 60-70% by weight of polyvinyl butyral resin, up to 40% by weight of isobutyl alcohol and 0-10% by weight of carbon black. Then, after drying, the bearing body is subjected to chemical nickel plating in baths of known composition at a temperature of 20-100 ° C for 40-80 minutes. The growth of the nickel layer causes the gradual formation of channels until the desired depth is reached. The previously applied polyvinyl butyral varnish is chemically resistant to the aggressive components of the bath as well as the temperature of the bath, thanks to which it protects the profiles of the limes against nickel coating, without contaminating the bath itself. After nickel plating, this varnish is removed by dissolving it in aliphatic alcohols, most preferably in isobutyl alcohol. The method of making air channels according to the invention makes it possible, thanks to the technology used, to regulate the depth of the channels with accuracy (2 micrometers, with This nology is simplified due to the simultaneous granting of the required properties in the same operation 123 626s 123 626 4. The channels made according to the presented method ensure high operational reliability and long durability of the gas bearings, which are characterized by a low coefficient of friction, high abrasion resistance and high smoothness. The method of making air channels in gas bearings according to the invention is explained on the basis of examples of implementation. Example I. The body of a gas bearing, made of aluminum alloy PA1, is applied to the places where the channels are formed printing screen method PVC varnish with the composition: polyvinyl resin inylbutyral - 70% by weight isobutyl alcohol - 30% by weight. Then it is dried for 30 minutes at a temperature of 20 ° C. After the varnish has dried, the bearing body is subjected to chemical nickel plating in a bath of the following composition: niMavic acid oxide - 35 g / kiwi * sodium citrate - 100 g / dm3 ammonium chloride - 50 g / dim3 sodium hypophosphite - 10 g / thim3 lead acetate - 0.002 g / dm3 at pH 6-8 at 20 ° C for 70 minutes. After drying, the polyvinyl-Dutyral varnish is removed by dissolving it in isobutyl alcohol. The formed air channels have a depth of 30 micrometers. Example II. On the body of the bearing gas made of steel 45, it is applied to the places where the channels are formed, thermal path through the transfer of PVC foil 10 II polyvinyl butyral resin, composed of: polyvinyl butyl resin - 60% by weight iso-butyl alcohol - 30% by weight of carbon black - pigment - 10% by weight Then the bearing body, after drying, is subjected to chemical nickel plating in a bath of the following composition: nickel chloride - 10 g / dm3 sodium hypophosphite - ≤ 0 g / dry sodium citrate - 10 g / dm3 oxalic acid - 4 g / dm 3 at pH 6.5 and 80 ° C. for 48 minutes. After drying, the polyvinyl butyral varnish is removed by dissolving it in isobutyl alcohol. The created air channels have a depth of 25 micrometers. The patent is not patentable and The method of making air channels in gas bearings, characterized by the fact that in the place of the body where the channels are formed, a layer of polyvinylbutyral varnish, containing 60-70% by weight of polyvinyl resin, is applied. of tyral, up to 40% by weight of isobutyl alcohol and 0-10% by weight of carbon black, then, after the bearing body has been faded out, it is subjected to chemical nickel plating in known baths at the temperature of 20-100 ° C for 40- ^ 80 minutes, after which The polyvinyl butyral varnish is removed by dissolving it in aliphatic alcohols, most preferably in isotitityl alcohol.
