Ramka do mocowania próbek - kształtowa, zwłaszcza powłok podatnych charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z płyty (1) górnej oraz płyty (2) dolnej, przy czym na powierzchni (3) płaskiej płyty (1) górnej znajduje się otwór (4) stożkowy, zaś za otworem (4) stożkowym znajduje się otwór (5) walcowy, natomiast z drugiej strony płyty (1) górnej, na płaskiej powierzchni (6) znajduje się występ (7) stożkowy, zaś na powierzchni (8) płaskiej płyty (2) dolnej znajduje się otwór (9) stożkowy, na którego powierzchni czołowej znajduje się promień (10) przejściowy, natomiast na drugiej powierzchni (11) płaskiej płyty (2) dolnej znajduje się występ (12) stożkowy, przy czym średnica otworu (9) stożkowego, znajdującego się na płycie (2) dolnej jest większa od średnicy występu (7) stożkowego, znajdującego się na płycie (1) górnej, natomiast kąt rozwarcia otworu (9) stożkowego, znajdującego się na płycie (2) dolnej jest równy kątowi rozwarcia występu (7) stożkowego, znajdującego się na płycie (1) górnej, zaś na dwóch przeciwległych ściankach płyty (1) górnej oraz płyty (2) dolnej znajdują się wycięcia (13a) i (13b) mocujące, które rozmieszczone są symetrycznie względem osi otworów (4) i (9) stożkowych.The frame for fixing samples - shaped, especially for flexible coatings, is characterized by the fact that it consists of a top plate (1) and a bottom plate (2), with a (4) conical hole on the surface (3) of the flat plate (1) , and behind the conical hole (4) there is a cylindrical hole (5), while on the other side of the upper plate (1), on a flat surface (6) there is a projection (7) conical, and on the surface (8) of a flat plate (2) ) the lower one has a conical hole (9) with a transition radius (10) on its face, while the other surface (11) of the flat bottom plate (2) has a conical projection (12), with the hole diameter (9) conical, located on the bottom plate (2) is larger than the diameter of the conical projection (7), located on the top plate (1), while the opening angle of the conical hole (9) located on the bottom plate (2) is equal to the opening angle in the conical projection (7) located on the upper plate (1), and the two opposite walls of the upper plate (1) and the lower plate (2) have fixing cutouts (13a) and (13b), which are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of the holes (4) and (9) conical.
