Abstract

Urządzenie ruchome do suchej fermentacji beztlenowej - bioreaktor zawiera komory fermentacyjne (2) do ułożenia i przetwarzania biomasy, zamykane drzwiami gazoszczelnymi (6), oraz oddzieloną przestrzeń technologiczną (3). Komora fermentacyjna (2) jest od wewnątrz wyposażona w płaszcz metalowy oddzielający grzejniki (10) od przestrzeni wewnętrznej komory fermentacyjnej (2) i w części górnej zainstalowane dysze (7) do rozpryskiwania gęstwy stanowiące część integralną układu zamkniętego wyposażonego również w zbiornik (9) gęstwy zainstalowany w przestrzeni technologicznej (3), połączony rurociągiem odprowadzającym (8) z pompą do odprowadzania nadmiaru perkolatu, przy czym wewnątrz komory fermentacyjnej (2) znajdują się czujniki (11) monitorujące parametry fermentacji, która sterowana jest przez jednostkę sterującą (4).Mobile device for dry anaerobic digestion - the bioreactor contains fermentation chambers (2) for biomass stacking and processing, closed with a gas tight door (6), and a separated technological space (3).
