Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest kratka wentylacyjna z modułem oświetleniowym, w szczególności kominkowa kratka wentylacyjna. Kratka wentylacyjna posiada moduł oświetleniowy (2) usytuowany na tylnej ściance (3), obejmujący źródło światła (2a) oraz element (2c) do mocowania źródła światła wraz z elementami mocującymi (2d) modułu do tylnej ścianki kratki oraz przewód elektryczny (2b) ze złączką, do której podłącza się zasilanie.
