Abstract

Wzór użytkowy dotyczy ogniwa złącznego łańcucha stosowanego do łączenia pasm łańcucha, a w szczególności do łączenia łańcuchów napędowych strugów górniczych. Ogniwo złączne łańcucha posiada dwa identyczne półogniwa, łączone za pomocą zabezpieczających kołków rozprężnych (2) umieszczanych w otworach w półogniwach. Linia podziału ogniwa na półogniwa w widoku z boku jest linią krzywą przebiegającą przez dłuższe ramiona ogniwa oraz przez środkową część ogniwa. Jednocześnie zabezpieczające kołki rozprężne (2) przechodzą przez otwory w półogniwach, które są nachylone pod kątem (α) z zakresu 20° - 40° względem pionowej płaszczyzny (P) wzdłużnie przechodzącej przez oś ogniwa.
